My parents and I have been here several times. Last night we went there for dinner and had the absolute best waitress. This waitress was the best we have ever had. She was absolutely amazing. Thanks to her for a wonderful experience

The Boardman location, the staff is always so friendly and take care of the customers. The best part is they are def gluten free friendly and pay attention to allergens which is a big plus for me. They take time explaining and the cooks always look the food to your satisfaction. Love it there and I jave so many options to choose from with my food allergies. Always great service and great food and great prices too!

We stopped Saturday night during the snow storm. The young man that was our server, Jayden I think, was so polite and respectful. One of the best servers we have ever had at a restaurant. He is a very nice young man and excellent at his job. Excellent food as usually. Great job Texas Roadhouse Boardman.

Once was good, now quality has deteriorated and wait times are long. My steak was nasty and slimey and took like 1 hour to come. Bad bad bad
With a wide selection of menu items at a reasonable price and quality steak, hard to beat Texas Roadhouse as a steak house. One of our go to steakhouses, friendly staff and a great American steakhouse ambiance.

I don't recommend it. I don't understand how this restaurant changed so much in one year. The food was bad, the plates were dirty, and the bathrooms were also dirty. I didn't like the steak cuts. I don't know, they told me even the managers are new. It's a disaster.

Everything was great! We have a person in a wheelchair in our family and they were very accommodating. Our server, Victoria, was very nice and attentive. The food was delicious and came from the kitchen really quickly. All in all a really nice experience.
The flavor of the steaks are amazing. I would highly recommend any menu item. The Boardman location has alot to be desired. I would avoid that location. I visit the Erie and Butler locations and they are busy so be prepared to wait.

Notice how they only reply to the good reviews and can’t even acknowledge the bad ones. Please take your money somewhere else. Disgusting, sewage smell, burnt food, rude employees (especially the take out ones). Shut this location down.
