The food is delicious and staff tales care of you! Very cute atmosphere and my favorite breakfast spot!
Greatest restaurant I recommend the Ruben and for kids the chicken strips
We got take out a Carmel iced coffee, strawberry banana smoothie, and an all American with sourdough
The coffee is delicious! Definitely doesn’t taste like an average coffee you’d get from a drive through lots of depth would get again
The Smoothie my fiance said I’d was definitely fresh!
The all American sausage was delicious the sourdough was really good tasted similar to what I’d make at home over all great and would recommend
I ordered some Paczis or punchkis pastries and to say the least they were horrible dry and had little to NO filling in them, anyone who is familiar with this dessert knows the filling is the best part and the freshness of the bread these offered neither it was a great disappointment 😞
I’m from Hershey Pa and we were in town. Stopped by 2x and my son and I couldn’t get enough of the Mocha House!! They had the BEST customer service, so kind and happy smiles!! Lived the breakfast and desserts and iced coffee!!! Hope to come back again and visit!!
Came 10 mins before they closed and wanted to get a slice of cheesecake. They hurried up and locked the doors.
Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! We drive from Albany, NY to watch two hockey games down the street from Mocha. Our dinner was so delicious, we decided to come back for breakfast the next day!
They need to start wearing hair nets , I saw a piece of hair on a whole strawberry cheesecake and told them, they took the hair off n kept the cheesecake for people to eat still, so u going to charge full prices for slices that had hair on them, crazy work 🤦🏽♀️
Was in town for business and stopped by for lunch. Food was very good. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
It’s rare that I find a restaurant where the food is ALWAYS good. Everything from the eggs Benedict to the buffalo chicken quesadilla to the pastries is a solid 10/10. Their milkshakes are my absolute favorite, perfect consistency with great taste. The vibes are great, very chill, great for friends/family gatherings and an okay place to study/work. Overall, one of my favorite eats as a picky eater.
Restaurantji Recommends
Based on the recommendation of patrons who love the food and service at the other two locations in Boardman and Warren, I ordered a meal from the downtown location (which was closest to the recipient). The person that I ordered the meal for reported that the sloppy joe sandwich was rock hard and inedible. I called to simply ask the restaurant to make things right by making a replacement meal. The self identified manager disrespectfully referred to me as honey, yelled, and went on a rant about the fact that they are a small business trying to make it and told me to call DoorDash and request a refund. DoorDash does not prepare food and is in no way responsible for the preparation of nor taste of a meal that they simply picked up and delivered. I never asked for a refund, I only wanted to make things right for the person who ended up with a disappointing and inedible dinner. If there is truth to the “trying to make it” part of the speech, hopefully that will struggle will become greater each time this restaurant treats a customer the way they treated me. I do not recommend this place and if I could give service and food a 0 I would.

I was absolutely blown away by the Mediterranean skillet. the owner even made sure to get me extra hot sauce when I asked. I was very pleased and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Let me begin by saying I don’t usually write or review places so that you understand how this place made me feel.
I have lived in the US for 3 years now and I have never faced this kind of treatment before at any restaurant I have ever been to. I walked in high hopes since I have heard a lot of good things about this place and I walked in to get breakfast and a drink. No one greeted me while I see the other customers who looked like the staff there being greeted. I waited in line for 15-20 minutes even though there was only one person ahead of me. It felt as if the staff was going out of their way to not take my order. They opened another counter as soon as another person walked in and they immediately took their order while I was clearly waiting in line for 5-10 minutes at least. As soon as she was done with their order she walked away and closed the counter. All this happened while I was waiting in line in a different counter. As soon as the older person in my counter was done helping the person in front of me she walked away and I just stood there with no one helping me for the next 2-3 minutes. A dude walked in from the kitchen and then he took my order. I ended up just getting a mocha(which was not great or it could have been soured from the experience I had at this place) and walked out.
Money is green and it doesn’t matter whose pocket it comes out of. I am going to be paying the same for food and drinks as the other people. The alternate option could be that you could charge less for people of other colours so that they feel justified in treating them poorly. I will never go there again and I will be not be recommending this place to anyone I know unless they’re Caucasian of course because they seem to give them preferential treatment.
