It’s not a casino let’s get that right right off rip! It is owned by the Ohio lottery and they don’t have to follow any rules of a casino. Therefore they don’t even have to pay you anything.! I’ve turned them in to the gaming commission of Ohio and their email that they sent back told me exactly what I just stated. They are not a casino and they do not have to follow casino rules.! They are owned by the lottery which therefore entails they don’t have to pay you one red penny! And they surely make sure you’re aware of it because every time we go there, they sure as hell try to take our money out of our pockets! I’m absolutely sick and tired of their tricks to try to make you believe that you’re going to win! Since when does a dollar machine pay you $.19 or six cents?!!!? Hollywood gaming definitely does! And once again after I give them another bad review, I’m gonna go ahead and give the state of Ohio another taste of my mouth because that’s what they deserve for taking good people’s money out of their pocket! Instead of paying into the community, the only thing they’re interested in doing is paying their own pockets and they’re not from Ohio!

TERRIBLE! Kicked out my aunt and mom on her birthday because they went out the wrong door to smoke. So our whole party had to leave since we drove together, we weren’t even able to eat! Such a horrible experience and they expected us to pay for the food we didn’t even get to eat. Very rude and will never be there again, I advise you don’t either.

My wife and I showed up there Thursday night at 6:15 the casino must’ve been closed because of the power outage that we did not know about we stood in line for 45 minutes no one from the casino ever came out and told anybody if they were going to open or when they were going to open I called the Casino this morning to complain about that and ask why I was hung up on by one of their customer service representatives would really show me their professionalism I called back to leave a message to the general manager and have yet to hear back from the general manager would I recommend Hollywood as of right now no well I go back to Hollywood Casino RightNow know I will go to MGM in Cleveland or I will go to Mountaineer Casino and resort I live in new Middletown Ohio which makes Hollywood close but when you’re unprofessional I won’t come again

Fun place to go and meet new and old friends. Of course hitting jackpots and playing different games is fun. Cleaning people work hard. VLT people ..Sunny is a great girl, fast, friendly and good to people. Miss Rick Hoffman great guy always!
