As first time customers to any Twin Peaks, we had a 100/10 visit! We noticed the 29° cold beer sign and that was our cue to visit.
The hostesses were kind, the food was delicious and the beer was COLD- that was the seller to return, then we met Emma, our waitress!
Emma was beautifully kind inside and out. I could have given a lesser review only because of the “attitude” of the hostesses and a few other waitresses but Emma made it 100%. We will be back to visit Emma! I hope she sees this and is recognized for her over the top customer service and kindness!

it was ok this time. first time was much better. Waitress never came back after giving out food to us. The restroom was beyond awful. filthy stall walls and sink.

1st time customer. The food was perfect, prepared exactly as requested & served hot. I wish I remembered my servers name, she was very good.
Twin Peaks will definitely be added to my restaurant rotation.

Food was great! Service at the bar needs to get better. The bartenders seemed very disinterested and we had to flag someone down and ask for refills every time. We couldn’t make sense of our bill or their explanation of the high prices of our drinks. Our bill was $30 higher for the same items we order in Indy.
The girls are great. Much cooler, hotter and easier to talk to here than other locations in Ohio. The problem is the food. Corporate needs to completely retrain the kitchen staff.

We’ve been here many times, they have the best wings in town. Our waitress was phenomenal. Bambi was by far the friendliest & most insightful waitress we’ve had. Nice to actually have a waitress that doesn’t seem annoyed to do their job.

1st time for 2 of us. 2nd for 2 others. I thought it really strange that you had to use qr code on the table to find food or drinks. When asked for a real menu, the server was like, it's right here pointing to the qr code. Insisting, she finally brought 1 paper menu and said someone must have taken the rest. Good thing at least one of us had a phone we could pull up the menu. Server kept saying she was new and sorry but couldn't even tell us what kind of beer they had. Being election day, they had a feature, free chips and queso with your "I voted today" sticker. I asked for that, and chips with a ground beef mixture were brought out. When asked about the queso, I'm new and sorry again. She brought it out, same comment again. They were good though. As were the cheese type balls we had. The lobster rolls blt and smokestack sandwich were very good. The beer battered fish and chips were good but when asked for more tarter sauce, very little was brought with the dinner, the server again with same comment, came back and said they were making more, 10 min later, oh, we don't know when it will be ready. It was a regular menu item and we had 2 people order the fish and chips. You would have thought they would have started making it sooner. Oh well. They also need a few more regular tables instead of all high tops. We are older and had to wait for them to clean off a table as another older group came in and they didnt want high top either. And this comment is just because it ended the night so fitting. Our server and several others were sitting at the hostess station and had what i assumed was their tip money spread across the table counting and organizing it. Just seemed tacky let alone a perfect opportunity for theft. They are still fairly new in the area. Maybe it will get better.

Food ⭐ ⭐ several menu choices unavailable; portions were nice size; temperature was cool-cold on fries (low quality frozen bagged variety) and burger was tempered and lacked taste; the over seasoned - salty flavored and warm temp Service ⭐⭐⭐ the server was pleasant and there was good team effort for a group of 7 guest; impression the Twin PEEKs concept in "server uniforms" appeared to be awkward for all female staffing "required to ware it"

Amazing experience every time! The food is absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of flavors and dishes that hit the spot every time. The beer is always ice-cold and refreshing—perfect with their incredible menu. The bartenders here are top-notch, especially Sam, Sophia & Brooklyn! Their friendly service, great conversation, and attention to detail make every visit memorable. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the fantastic atmosphere!

Food and service is usually good. Gave 4 stars because there’s always an issue with over scheduling employees. Constantly hearing complaining about too many employees, not enough customers, and sharing tips. Should schedule less people so there’s no groups just hanging out, and let them work for their tips
