Very dark an Drab looking from the outside an they don't put enough Garlic in the chicken as they do in Warren!

They add a bit of a twist to fried chicken that I like.

One of the things is the garlic stands out, NOT overpowering, it lets you know it is there.

Today I ordered takeout and went to pick it up approximately 6 pm. I live about 25 minutes away. I lived in Austintown for about 15 years and moved away. Upon arrival I walked in to the supervisor I assume berating a female employee about cleaning. I could hear it outside. It was disgusting. This man should not be working there. Yelling loudly and in front of a customer. Disgusting behavior. If the owner could PM me that would be great. I don't know if I would make the drive back. Sick. These are young people trying to make money.

Very very very slow to get the orders on time, waited over 30 minutes to get an order. Will try not to accept these orders as they effect our rating… very unacceptable

My husband and I visited on 14 September 2024, and we were floored by the taste! He had the gyro, and I had the mini wing dinner. We'll worth every penny! Thanks for a ? ? ? experience!!

The friendly staff were outstanding! We were in Youngstown for my mother in laws 94th birthday and I ordered the 32 piece dinner deal. We were visiting from Virginia and I have had the chicken years ago in Warren. The Austintown location was fabulous and everyone at the party raved about the chicken. Thanks for making our visit a memorable one.

1st time ordering from here since it opened and the chicken was cooked to a perfect golden brown and moist with the perfect amount of garlic flavor, jojjo's were hot and delicious!!

Ordered from here for the first time last week and boy was I impressed with the food! Not only was the fried chicken good but so were the sides! Best tasting baked beans I ever had and the mac n cheese was perfect! With the price of a meal I do wish a drink was included and getting a fork or spoon for the sides would have been nice. But either way it won't stop me from ordering from here again!

Best service I've ever had hands down, I just visited the store at 7:15 for a mobile pickup order and the young lady was not only informing of how long my order would take but treated me like family and felt good when I left, I didn't think hospitality like this still existed, it's hard to find good people let alone excellent people, these are the kind of people you want working for your business, you're lucky to have her, awesome experience

Didn’t even make it in the front door. All the parking spots out front were reserved for curbside pickup. I can see 1 or 2, but all of them?! Are they expecting a caravan to the west?! Perhaps the Oregon trail will make a comeback and then they will be in business…

The chicken was super salty , it made my stomach upset and made me nauseated. The Mac n cheese was really good though. I don’t think I will be getting the chicken again , however. Maybe add less salt to the breading

I am an experienced connoisseur of fried chicken, only one other thing in life makes me happier. Let me tell you, this chicken is in a league of its own. Absolute perfection!! The perfect combination of crisp and tender juicy meat and seasoned flawlessly. Every piece was prepared and treated with love. Uncle Nick should receive a Nobel prize for this exquisite culinary masterpiece. This place should take this recipe, franchise, and go national.

My overall experience here 10/10!!!! Walking in I was met with very great energy/ customer service. You can tell they treat everyone with Respect ✊?. I haven’t seen hospitality like this seen I was back home in Atlanta Georgia and I been in Ohio two years. That fried chicken lord knows he blessed uncle nick with a recipe out this world ?. For all of you who say it’s salty never had food with Seasoning because where is the salt. I also ordered a gyro smh ??‍♂️ it was amazing to. Food plus customer service 10/10. Also EVERYTHING ORDERED FRESH TO GO! ??
