Good food, terrible service. Unfortunately for this reason I will be going down the street instead.
I had a terrible experience with one of the cashiers. Hopefully she is no longer at this company. I wouldn’t know as I have not been there since last year, but I’ve heard from locals this location has gone down hill.

The food does not taste as good as the food in Liberty. I could not wait until they opened in my area then was very disappointed. I have eaten Uptown pizza since my daughter was born 47 years ago and it tastes the same in Liberty. I fed my family once in my area of Austintown and we all weren’t satisfied. Hopefully if I decide to try them again it will be worth my money. I hate to go all the way across town and it’s the same organization. Have a wonderful day.

Pizza is the best in Ohio! Have been eating pizza from here since 1988 when I started dating my 100% Italian wife, who lived in Boardman. We will frequently drive to Uptown Pizza on a weekend from Cleveland (where we live now) and buy enough for 3 days! Best crust, cheese and sauce!

Decided to get Uptown today cause we always enjoy it. Tonight was horrible. Get home to cold hard pizza and no sandwich in the bag. I called and had to drive 25 min back to get it. I got an apology but this was a horrible dining experience. Too many wonderful pizza places to deal with pizza arriving home cold

Outstanding pizza. I know everyone has their own thing when it comes to pizza regarding sauce, crust etc. I definitely love both here but it’s the individual options that impress me. Gooey cheese, browned cheese, different levels of crisp on the crust, heavy sauce, light sauce…it was fun picking out the exact cook I wanted on the pizza. Very cool and DELICIOUS
