Our recent visit to the location inside the Hollywood Casino in Youngstown, Ohio was a great disappointment. Very disappointed using the Kiosk to begin with. Ordered 2 burgers but didn’t see any way to separate them as to how you wanted them prepared. Sides - only French fries were offered, no onion rings or tater tots.. Kiosk not at all well thought out. Experience with Columbus, Ohio location was much better.

It’s not a casino let’s get that right right off rip! It is owned by the Ohio lottery and they don’t have to follow any rules of a casino. Therefore they don’t even have to pay you anything.! I’ve turned them in to the gaming commission of Ohio and their email that they sent back told me exactly what I just stated. They are not a casino and they do not have to follow casino rules.! They are owned by the lottery which therefore entails they don’t have to pay you one red penny! And they surely make sure you’re aware of it because every time we go there, they sure as hell try to take our money out of our pockets! I’m absolutely sick and tired of their tricks to try to make you believe that you’re going to win! Since when does a dollar machine pay you $.19 or six cents?!!!? Hollywood gaming definitely does! And once again after I give them another bad review, I’m gonna go ahead and give the state of Ohio another taste of my mouth because that’s what they deserve for taking good people’s money out of their pocket! Instead of paying into the community, the only thing they’re interested in doing is paying their own pockets and they’re not from Ohio!

This place should be shut down. Machines never pay (because they are rigged) I’ve been here plenty of times, spend a lot of money and never once been on top, not even a dollar. Bunch of the thieves and game commissions should investigate further. Bunch of thieves and scammers.

TERRIBLE! Kicked out my aunt and mom on her birthday because they went out the wrong door to smoke. So our whole party had to leave since we drove together, we weren’t even able to eat! Such a horrible experience and they expected us to pay for the food we didn’t even get to eat. Very rude and will never be there again, I advise you don’t either.
