Very good food every one was very nice and everything was clean. I got the Pretzel Bum Bacon Hamburger combo with Med. Fries and a drink and a Frosty and all was very good. 10/10 Would recommend

Poor customer service. Almost the exact opposite of Chick fil a.
The food is never good here. Chicken nuggets are soft and moist and the chili is disgusting. The long wait is not worth it.
These people hate their life and they are not shy about showing it.
I got one plain sandwich and that was it. Ordered first, and got my order last because they accidentally erased it. Got the food but it was wrong. Took it back, got my sandwich back that had everything on it even tho I wanted plain. And the meat was cold and the bun wasn't even toasted..
This Wendy’s is the most infuriating part of my college experience. I do not even know where to begin with my laundry list of issue with this establishment. My main issue is with the employees and their service.

The staff is unprofessional, I always see them not wearing gloves, wait time is too long, and hours of operation are inconvenient to the majority of students.
Horrible service. Waited 20 minutes for a burger, fries, and some chicken nuggets. Employees act like children and stand around while there are a line of people waiting to order or pick up food. Not only that, my fries were cold and rubbery.
Management, Please fix: Ordered my food, and cashier was nice enough. Two guys in the back working @12:30 November 1st were running around screaming in a high voice like a girl thinking they are hilarious. This went on for 30+ mins screaming swear words and acting a fool. While I was waiting for my order. I think the two guys were responsible for making my order because I waited an additional 20 mins, then my order was very wrong and cold. The other employees and customers around me were recognizably annoyed. I never leave reviews, but these guys were horrible. Management, do what you want but these guys would never work for me. Complete idiots who effectively dismantled the entire customer experience.
They are never open. Closes before most people here have lunch
