Absolute clown show run so inefficiently I'm surprised it's still open. Drive thru or lobby (when it's actually open) are ridiculously slow. Crew is rude damn near disrespectful and low class. I don't think anybody expects top class restaurant service here but they also don't want to wait all day then get ghetto served with their baconator.

Awful service! I came here last night and tonight, whoever was working the window which I believe her name is Ania was extremely rude. Like nasty rude. When I worked at Wendy’s it was a standard to do good ( be polite, smile, cheerful) it was quite obvious she does not enjoy her job (I understand it’s late at night) but at the end of the day, it’s not acceptable to treat customers like hot garbage. You pay them to do a job, and it’s obvious by mine and several other reviews, they are not doing it. I’m not one to even make reviews but this situation basically ruined my whole night so it’s not to be taken lightly. Everyone has bad days, do better. Very disappointing.
