The drive-thru regularly takes nearly 30 minutes to get through, and the food is incorrect now often than not lately. Several years ago, this was really the only good Wendy's location in the immediate area. Now, just like every other location around here, the employees just seem to not care in the slightest.
I've worked the food industry. I know it's rough, and I know stuff happens. But when stuff ALWAYS happens, that's a failure of management.
This Wendy's was super busy last night which wasn't an issue and we stopped and waited patiently for just to order for probably half an hour... waited by the speaker for 10 minutes or more by itself just to have the manager come on after waiting forever- the speaker to say with a big attitude, "I'd appreciate it if you weren't rude to my employees, we are understaffed..." and we tried to explain it wasn't us being rude, she didn't let us say anything but in a snarky attitude she...read full review
