This is the second time in less than 2 weeks that my order has been messed up. Got double charged the first time...and this time missing half of my husband's order and no dipping sauces and not even any STRAWS in the bag for the 3 drinks I had...waited over 5 minutes at the windows to receive this order and it was STILL missing things...SMH...the manager looked frazzled and the crew seemed confused on both visits...they still owe me $16 so I will go back for that..after that I think I am done with this location.
11/6 A shot at redemption...and surprise! Missing items from order! This location is ridiculous! Ordered nuggets..didnt get! Ordered a baked potato..no butter no sour cream! But I have ranch and honey mustard..yay! Its like if there are more than 2 or 3 things to your order then its a curveball for them and a definite gamble to get what you pay for. I get that mistakes get made from time to time but this place abuses the privilege...

I have been at the Boardman location two times in the past month and ordered the Dave's double. I thought the first time might be a fluke, but both times the meat was flat as a pancake, overcooked edges, and tasted odd like it had been sitting for awhile and just reheated. Some parts were even rare. Never going back. I wouldn't even recommend one star. From viewing many other dissatisfied customers, I'm shocked no one has reported this location to the health department.

Never got to taste the food because the person calling herself the manager threw food back at me and it dumped all over the floor when I asked for my money back I have to now dispute the charges with my bank and im thinking about posting the footage on social media 💯

I'm gonna be honest I don't do a lot of reviews. However today I stopped in for 3 Wednesday meals. Firstly they didn't ring it up as a meal they charged me for each individual item. 3 ten piece nuggets, 3 fries, 3 frosties which in total was way higher than the meal. Ontop of that the fries are barely filled up and each 10 piece nugget came with 9 nuggets instead of 10. I waited a long time for the order then the girl only handed me one frosty. She had to go back and make two more.

Great tasting non-vegan food! The Baconator burger was very good with tons of bacon, melted cheese, square burger patties with a side of fries and a big 1/2 vanilla 1/2 chocolate frosty. My hunger was satisfied!! 🤙
