I contemplated for days as to whether to comment or not. First, kudos for having the lobby open. I drove an extra 2.8 miles out of my way to Boardman Wendy's because the Wendy's on Market Street is apparently so profitable that they have no need to open their lobby to potential customers. Boardman Wendy's is not a well oiled machine. I waited for what seemed like forever, maybe 5 minutes in actuality, but the gal behind the counter seemed to be in training. My order...

Food was awesome per usual the staff seemed friendly enough but they could definitely cheer up a bit when dealing with customers. When having a bad day it's always nice to get a smile or a friendly person and they could definitely work on that at this
