Westgate Pizza Company - Austintown

I placed a phone order this Thursday. The guy that answered the phone was a rude idiot. He also got my order wrong , even after telling him 4 times what I needed. The girl that worked there was awesome. I grew up on this place and it holds a special place in my heart. Too bad a crappy employee can change your perspective of things. Another local establishment I will longer be frequenting.

Best sausage sandwich in the area. People either love or hate the pizza.

CHECK YOUR PIZZA BEFORE PICKING UP….
The $8 special was horrible,got on sunday march 30th…ordered 2 $8 specials…was so heavy the box couldnt hold it….tasted like it was made the day before and they threw on a ton of cheese to perk it up……all i wanted was a cheese pizza with sweet peppers …..who ever made it that day need’s re-trained….i hope the owner see’s this and teaches those march 30th,2025 employees how to make pizza(way too much cheese and rubbery crust in boxes that are paper thin…the owner needs to crack down on employees because his product is not the same anymore…God Bless

Pizza had the extra cheese that I ordered. It was hot. And employee was very friendly.

Definitely has a great crust and sauce is delicious.

We have family that lives in Youngstown. We always visit for Thanksgiving and Christmas. We order from Westgate each time we visit and it's always great! Sometimes, we're lucky and they have premade pepperoni rolls at the front counter. They're the best!

The young man that service us was kind, good customer service, asked if we needed this and that.

The pizza was good.
You get what you pay for type thing.
The sauce was NOT Vinger, nore salt, heavy, it was not home made but it was good.

The Dough was the old school medium thickness, not the thin crust, not the Chicago style thickness. It was in the middle.

I would not rush back to it, but I would definitely eat it again.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. They act like your are bothering them when you walk in the door. Not worth dealing with them anymore.

We have gotten pizza here for the last 10 yrs and it was always good by the last 2 yrs it it’s so sloppy half has no cheese half has more sauce most doesn’t have even the ingredients it’s an actual crazy mess the pizza is wet like it was diped in water because there’s so much sauce! I want to love there pizza as it used to be but it’s no where even close to what it was. So if you want wet soggy pizza with no cheese or toppings this is your place!!! Very sad on already took back pizza and they then made it right but after so many times enough is enough and we’re done and it sucks!!

Absolutely fantastic, some of the best Pizza in OHIO. The sauce is incredible and the staff is friendly, nice little pizza spot!! Keep it up !!!

Used to get it once a week but now it's all kids that work there that are ignorant on the phone and act like you're bothering them, they are always screaming and cussing in the back. Also 2 out of the last 3 times we ordered the order was messed up.
