Was my favorite place to go but not anymore I will not be back. Ordered 3 tender combos all hot honey gave us 3 fries and 2 of tender orders. Went back to get the third tender order waited over 30 minutes gave us plain but should have been hot honey

Absolutely the worst waste of money. Took us 3 times to learn and were DONE done! All the food you order and PAY FOR, is never in the bag, always items missing... food quality is all over the place, it's a bunch of young adults working who do NOT care about the service or food. The new manager girl I talked to 1 time was phenomenal, honestly way too good for this place. There is no professionalism at all, other than her. And when they mess up, your only option is to go back to get remade food. No credit for next time, nothing. What if you don't have the ability to go to the restaurant and get your food remade?? Oh, your just out the money and get a fake apology. 👎👎

I rarely eat out because I’m always disappointed, but Ordered my food, they forgot my large ranch, I asked to come back the next day for a refund because I didn’t want to take a 20 min drive both ways it was a waste of gas. She denied me. I order garlic parm it was all parm no garlic, hickory bbq barely any sauce, and hot honey rub barely any rub. Terrible food and service

Unfortunately this is not the first time service has been subpar at best. I ordered online for pick up and arrived during the estimated time it would be ready. I, along with others, stood at the pickup area for over 10 minutes and no one even asked me for the name on the order. After 15 minutes, I had to ask a worker who had no interest in helping me. He did check and my order had been sitting there, ready the entire time, all while delivery (uber eats, etc) workers were waited on and taken care of at a different pick up area. Luckily I checked my bag when I got to my car because half of my order was missing. I had to go back in and my second bag was sitting on the shelf, right next to where my first bag was. Got home and we were missing the side of veggies that came with our order. They were clearly short staffed and that is on management, however, there really is no excuse for not acknowledging customers that they clearly saw for over 15 minutes. My son loves the food, which is why we’ve given them more than one chance. We will not be anymore.

Ordered online where this location charged my card but said they never got my order, was told i would be getting a call from their district manager to get my refund.
Its been over a week and ive never gotten a call for my money back
Straight theft and i wont be returning to this location or wingstop in general

I got the garlic and parmesan wings they were absolutely delicious cooked perfectly and definitely had a great flavor. I have five wings with a Hawaiian sauce unfortunately they were not as good they were on the dry side and I could not taste the sauce at all they tasted like plain wings. It definitely tasted like two different people made my order.

lemon pepper wings were perfect! hot wings not too hot but perhaps that's a personal issue. Everything was cooked great. nice job!

first time eating here last night since i heard good things about it from friends. they were extremely busy, but the food came out really nice so it was worth the wait :) appreciate the servers & everything they do

Ordered online. Order was ready on time, staff was great. The order was complete nothing missing. It was all packaged in one bag and apart from 25 wings bone in and boneless I had 3 fries . It was one fry tray on top of the other so they were nice and hot but soggy and a bit burnt and very greasy. I ordered Parmesan fries they was burnt, greasy, soggy, and salty. I ordered plain fries and seasoned fries soggy very greasy and burnt. The Cajun corn was excellent. I also ordered honey BBQ bone in wings they were good. I ordered mild wings my husband said they was ok he just tasted the sauce no flavor underneath. I also ordered boneless lemon pepper, salty salty way to much lemon pepper didn't like at all neither did the kids. I Also ordered plain boneless wings and it was salty salty, the chicken tenders were ok very savory a pinch away from salty. I couldn't give some to my toddler. We ended up going to mc Donald's for the kids cause when I opened the bag and saw the fries so dark and soggy. I said they are not going to like this. They tasted it in the car and didn't like it. All in all way to salty for me and my family. We ate some of it I also made a salad at home and added the boneless chicken to kinda even out the salt I guess. It taste good but I guess to savory ( salty) lol.. idk I know I can't afford eating out much and when I do I expect for all of us to eat everything and enjoy it and not have to cook or prepare nothing not even a salad. It was my first time ordering and will be my last. I was looking forward to trying something new cause I wanted chicken wings. The food game in Ohio is wack wack... My lips are like when you eat a lot of sunflower seeds and your lips are like wrinkled dry and a bit hurt full. My order was 50$ to bad I can't get it back. Oh and the ranch cup it was salty too and too tangy. The cheese cup was great.
