I try to make my orders all time online and your online page don’t take card payments so I try to call the store to see if they can take my order and pay it at the store because I was on lunch break so I don’t have time to go at the place and wait there more but they employes don’t take the order because I don’t pay it on the phone what about if I only have cash this crazy fix it please I love your place but need to work on your employees
Love the food. Great place. I placed a mobile order & I wasn’t able to leave a custom request on the app so I called in after I placed my order and my order was 10 bone in wings, garlic parm and voodoo fries and then another order of 15 bone in wings, garlic parm and mild and I called in to see if they would mix the garlic parm and the mild together, and they flat out, told me no, I asked if he was serious and he said yes they don’t mix their sauces and they could only put them on the side. I’m not sure about Wingstop’s policy, but the customer service wasn’t great tonight because I’ve never had a wing place tell me that they couldn’t mix sauces together for me. I don’t know if it’s pure laziness or what, but it was very unsatisfying that they couldn’t do that for me.

Came in and ordered food for my sister and I. We both specified we wanted fries with our order. We got our food and went home. Turns out they forgot to give us our fries. I tried calling them and the answer machine says they’re closed even though online it says closes at 1AM. Also they weren’t busy so it isn’t really excusable for that to happen. All you guys make is chicken, fries, and maybe corn. It’s not hard.

Absolutely ignorant staff, completely ignored me and finished orders of customers that came in after me. I waited 45 minutes since placing my order when it said it would be done in 15. Absolutely do not recommend. Such poor disrespectful service.

Was my favorite place to go but not anymore I will not be back. Ordered 3 tender combos all hot honey gave us 3 fries and 2 of tender orders. Went back to get the third tender order waited over 30 minutes gave us plain but should have been hot honey
Absolutely the worst waste of money. Took us 3 times to learn and were DONE done! All the food you order and PAY FOR, is never in the bag, always items missing... food quality is all over the place, it's a bunch of young adults working who do NOT care about the service or food. The new manager girl I talked to 1 time was phenomenal, honestly way too good for this place. There is no professionalism at all, other than her. And when they mess up, your only option is to go back to get remade food. No credit for next time, nothing. What if you don't have the ability to go to the restaurant and get your food remade?? Oh, your just out the money and get a fake apology. 👎👎

I rarely eat out because I’m always disappointed, but Ordered my food, they forgot my large ranch, I asked to come back the next day for a refund because I didn’t want to take a 20 min drive both ways it was a waste of gas. She denied me. I order garlic parm it was all parm no garlic, hickory bbq barely any sauce, and hot honey rub barely any rub. Terrible food and service

Unfortunately this is not the first time service has been subpar at best. I ordered online for pick up and arrived during the estimated time it would be ready. I, along with others, stood at the pickup area for over 10 minutes and no one even asked me for the name on the order. After 15 minutes, I had to ask a worker who had no interest in helping me. He did check and my order had been sitting there, ready the entire time, all while delivery (uber eats, etc) workers were waited on and taken care of at a different pick up area. Luckily I checked my bag when I got to my car because half of my order was missing. I had to go back in and my second bag was sitting on the shelf, right next to where my first bag was. Got home and we were missing the side of veggies that came with our order. They were clearly short staffed and that is on management, however, there really is no excuse for not acknowledging customers that they clearly saw for over 15 minutes. My son loves the food, which is why we’ve given them more than one chance. We will not be anymore.

Ordered online where this location charged my card but said they never got my order, was told i would be getting a call from their district manager to get my refund.

I got the garlic and parmesan wings they were absolutely delicious cooked perfectly and definitely had a great flavor. I have five wings with a Hawaiian sauce unfortunately they were not as good they were on the dry side and I could not taste the sauce at all they tasted like plain wings. It definitely tasted like two different people made my order.
