They don’t let you order fries at 8pm lol. Cashier lady was like “we closing, not taking orders” while there’s a whole hour left til they “close”. Workers are rude as hell & clearly don’t want to be there or have business. Idk why people get a job if they don’t wanna work.

Food was pretty okay the chicken isnt the best but deff not bad by any means ... and the Louisiana dry rub was absolutly fantastic ..i wish they would have put a little more on it . The cajon frys were really good as well .... the seasoning anyway it had a nice sweet taste to it ... the frys themselves werent great but thats mostly just because i dont like that style of fry . The staff were all very nice ... the only other bad thing i have to say is the wait time was a bit Excessive. It was a little over 30min and all i ordered was 3 chicken strips and some frys .I chose to come here because of the all i want is wing stop girl video .... then when i saw they had that dry rub i had to try it .... overall im not dissapointed and would order there again for sure

$32 for a dry chicken sandwich, 10 wings and some chicken tenders. I wasn't aware by ordering Mild it meant zero flavor. Seriously, almost no sauce in container at all, just tossed in bare minimum then likely strained. Honestly, the dryest least flavored wings I've ever had, and I'm a 220 lb guy in his 50s.Should've went to BWW instead, Seriously, for this price and their name I expect them to KNOW WINGS.The little Ceasars of wings, without the little value.Never again

Where is my W-2 form I have called this store & tha corporate office 4 times with no reply from either. One of tha employees told me last week that she is also still waiting this is crazy. My next step is to call tha IRS because it is way past tha dead line of January 29th please send my W-2 form. Thank You I would greatly appreciate it

Wings were taste and look like they were just thawed and maybe microwaved for a minute. I asked for parm garlic and they were just plain. Very disappointing to spent money for trash food!

I will NEVER eat at this restaurant again they take the chicken right out the bag of bloody water and put it in the fryer that is nasty. The Boardman location is the worst all the employees was high and rude.

No one had on gloves Very ghetto my fried corn was not fried and the worker was walking around with a toilet bowl cleaner and the lady blew her nose and didn’t wash her hands. Disgusting.

This place needs some help. Tried it out a couple times now. Always waiting an extensive amount of time, even when order placed online to go. Staff seems typically pretty miserable. I received my latest order with plain wings, because they forgot to sauce them. We are done, sticking with BWW or Quaker.

We waited about 30 minutes for our food. We got about half way home before we looked in the bag because we were trying to get out of town the right way and when we looked our whole order was wrong. So we called and they told us we had to bring them back or bring them back the next day. Keep in mind I was half way home and I live 1 hour way. So they told me they won’t give me a refund

Was a walk in. Took 30 minutes to get our food. They fill online orders first then fill walk in orders last. I asked them what took so long and the girl just walked away. After a half hour she put the order in the bag and just dropped it on the counter and walked away. No respect for the customer. Overpriced to boot. Lost my business.
