First time ordering them. Never again got half our order and called to see what happen they wouldn’t do anything for us. Delivery driver only brought one of two bags is what I was told. Wouldn’t give us a refund because they use DoorDash for delivery even though we went through the wing stop app. Wingstop told us to go through DoorDash for a refund. DoorDash said Wingstop had to give us one. Only had a receipt from Wingstop. So I guess I’m out the money and 20% tip I gave.
I ordered here for the very first time and I thought I was gonna be excited cause I heard some good reviews and when I got the food the street corn they were small same portions like it’s just like a teaser and then the wings really had no grape flavor. It was just like a hint of flavor and it was just very disappointing. I was hoping to have like a good hint of flavor not just a tiny bit so it was very disappointing but just that one experience I probably wouldn’t go back cause you know I like my wings and I want a place where I can go and have good wings so unfortunately I don’t recommend them other people still do but that’s just my opinion. I was just very disappointed you know for the cost that you pay that just wasn’t not a good enough flavor for me.
1et time eating there. Employees were awesome. Gave us some samples of the sauces, so we could determine what we wanted. Super friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommend!

pedí a domicilio alitas y una hamburguesa, debían ser dos órdenes de papas pero me llegó una, llamé de nuevo para decir que me faltaba una orden, tal cual dice mi ticket y la señorita que atiende me hizo caso omiso y culpo al repartidor! después de decirle que ese repartidor era de mi total confianza, que siempre ha ido por mis pedidos jamás ha tomado nada, después de eso no me contestó en toda la llamada, fácil decidió ignorarnos!
I ordered my wife some fries because she just had a tooth pulled a couple of days ago so she can’t eat nothing hard so I ordered them and I said hey can I get two ranches? You know there’s like all you have to pay for them because you didn’t get wings what are you serious all because I didn’t order no wings like that really ticked me off but I guess that’s how they stay rich with their I understand they’re trying to run a business and make money but if a customer is asking for some ranch or barbecue sauce, you should at least give them one for free

Their wings are good. Not great, but good. Their service, however, is offensive. They simply do not care. Third time ordering from them and every single time, they left out fries, ranch or other items. When you call to speak to the manager, she is rude and insulting, as if it were our fault. Never am I’m sorry or we’ll take care of this for you and never offer to credit our credit card as if they don’t have the capability to do it. Your training module is a failure and yet management does nothing to prevent this careless attitude and behavior. I would say do better but clearly no one cares.

I ordered the hot wings and they were amazing! Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sauce had the perfect balance of heat and flavor. The portion was great and everything tasted fresh. Highly recommend if you love good wings!

They changed vendors or something with the chicken wings we used to eat them every week i gave them 2 more opportunities, and there were the same really nasty and full of fat and skin in each bite this location is in deer park tx and center street
Wingstop stole my money. I ordered dinner for pickup and the website somehow went back to the default location which was like 100miles from my house but I didn’t realize it until I hit submit payment and got the confirmation page. I IMMEDIATELY called the restaurant and spoke to the worker who confirmed that they did not even start cooking the food yet and that he would cancel the order, but yet he could not issue me a refund since I placed the order online I’d need to request it through there. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone who works from Wingstop. The only way to contact them is through a form on their page which I have submitted MULTIPLE times with NO RESPONSE from anyone and it has been WEEKS! I want and deserve my hard earned money back. Terrible customer service and thieves is what they are.

They are literally so slow no matter when you order your food it’s like it’s never ready. They leave your fries on the counter while preparing your other food so by the time you get the food the fries are cold …. And I’m not a fan of the fact they don’t use gloves while handling your food

hot garbage...wings are small and portions suck. employees are even worse.
Don’t ever accidentally order food for pick up when you need delivery they will give you the run around for months about sending your refund to upper management just to not. Pretty sure the workers probably ate my food. Crazy part about it is I requested for it to be canceled and placed a delivery order afterwards. Will never get my business again!!
