wings suck & service bad. Will never go back. I use to eat here every Friday. it's fallen off a cliff about 3 years ago. gave them one lore chance and they failed spectacularly.
Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful
The 3 girl that we’re working took being busy like a champ they apologize for being busy, i understand I worked in restaurants for a while so I don’t mind the wait. Good job girls!! ??

I attempted to use DoorDash delivery for the 1st time. I paid an received confirmation at 8:12pm. I then noticed I had put Wingstop as the delivery address. Pickup/Order to be ready time was for 8:34 pm so I called Wingstop at 8:14pm and spoke with the manager. I advised what had happened and he said the order was for pickup and he had just bagged and put order out on the rack for customer pickup. I was like wait… I literally just placed the order a minute ago. He stated the wings was precooked and all they had to do was quickly drop and season.
I order Wingstop at least 3-6 times a month and never had an online/phone order ready in less than 2 minutes. Once I arrived, I express my concern about food temperature being it has now been 15 minutes. My order was luke warm and fries was mildly cold. I stated if order readiness and estimated pickup was for 8:34pm, why would they let the order sit out on the rack for almost 20 minutes along with an order of fries. The nice young lady sad it was the manager decision.
There was even another customer there that said she had been waiting for over 15 minutes. So I’m taking it a walk in gets hot wings fresh out the grease while online/phone orders get precooked. Had it not been that I was in an 18 wheeler and in a rush, I would have asked for a refund but one thing for sure, I won’t ever use 5517 Mahoning Ave location again. I actually had to throw the Voodoo fries away and microwave the wings… you know, the precooked, just to cook upon ordering, just to reheat in microwave wings.
I’m kicking myself because I don’t even do reviews and should have asked for a refund but I was craving lemon pepper wings. I’ll stick to my go to Wingstop in Texas for now on. Wings be so hot you have to blow on them to before biting into them. Way to go Ohio! ?

great place to eat , fresh raw chicken deepfried for 6-16 minutes depending on the type. boneless or bone in , not flash frozen like other wing places. delicious sauces , different flavored frys deep fried , brownies, veggies, drinks great place to order food during football season, holidays. will defiantly be eating here again.

Food was mediocre compared to past experiences. Half the workers were on their phones rather than doing anything. Restaurant was filthy. Definitely won't be back.

I was charged twice on my debit card for two separate orders two separate stores! No one will call me back and no one will respond to the complaint I made at the corporate office. This has been going on since JUNE!!! Went in the store in the manager is no help will not give me district managers name just keeps brushing me off.

Tried to order on Sunday, no orders were being taken. Ordered on Monday and they forgot half our order. Tried to call and it went straight to a full voicemail box. Absolutely worst customer service. Don’t order from the Clayton Wingstop

They need to be specific how long it’s gonna take for an order to come out. It’s been always like that I gotta waiting for 18.20 mins all the time. They would say the food is coming up or it’s 4 minutes wait but I’ve to come out the store without getting the food because they dropped 2,4 wings less.
Just moved here, first time ordering carry-out and they shorted me 5 wings, also were bone in and not boneless and they were dry as the Sahara. Offered little to no compensation. We’ll see if I even get my refund. Highly disappointed.

Wings were ok the 1st time. Not the 2nd. They take way too long to make them. Too busy playing around. There was always straw wrappers and other trash on the floor.
