Don’t ever accidentally order food for pick up when you need delivery they will give you the run around for months about sending your refund to upper management just to not. Pretty sure the workers probably ate my food. Crazy part about it is I requested for it to be canceled and placed a delivery order afterwards. Will never get my business again!!

Mid at best. Was not impressed with their wings, though the Mexican Street Spice was the best out of all the flavors. The Cajun corn was pretty good, too. The cheese fries were horrible, and no one can con ince me lemon pepper will ever be a good flavor lol Oh, and contrary to what Google says, there is seating inside.

The garlic Parmesan suck… at least Buffalo Wild Wings as some taste of garlic and heat… yours have absolutely no flavor!!! Fries are better than Buffalo Wild Wings.

wings suck & service bad. Will never go back. I use to eat here every Friday. it's fallen off a cliff about 3 years ago. gave them one lore chance and they failed spectacularly.

Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful

The staff at the Austintown Wing Stop is always very helpful and accommodating.
They seem to have a very hard time with picking up the phone to place an order, 23 minutes is ridiculous and still didn’t place an order. This is the 3rd time placing on hold and no answer. That is a lack of care. Never again!

I stop at this Wingstop in Austintown Ohio often because it is simply just one of the best Wingstop’s out there. Very cordial customer service and fresh quality food every visit. I get their chicken sandwich and their bone-In wings. Each time I pick from their wide variety of sauces, you can’t go wrong with either one.

I’ve had their regular wings and their chicken tenders, they put way too much much salt on them and I season everything a lot I love seasoned food but it’s less flavorful and more salt all sodium in every bit, unfortunately I’ve tried them time and time again and there just not it honestly!!
Normally this place is really good but I ordered all flats which you have to pay extra for.. no big deal. However I was given mostly drums didn’t find out till I got home… no big deal I’ll call them, been on hold now for over 20 mins. Don’t think I’ll be eating here again now you lost a customer
