My mom and sister hosted a lovely baby shower for me at Soul Sisters Café, and it was honestly the dream! Their front room gave our little group privacy from the rest of the café. This place does not disappoint. Each time I have stopped I've found a new item to love. Today I ordered a ham and havati croissant. The croissant itself was buttery and soft with the right amount of crispy. They do not skimp on toppings, everything seems as if it is hand picked and carefully crafted to go together. Espresso drinks are always good and I’m a sucker for their baked oatmeal! They’ve always got new baked goods to try and the portion sizes for the sandwiches (I like the chicken salad croissant) are good as well. I usually love the atmosphere (very home-y and welcoming), but I avoid studying there on Sundays now after they played Christian rock all morning one day. That wasn’t very conducive to getting work done, but I normally have no complaints otherwise!
