Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

I live all the way in atoka so I’m not gonna come back to Ada to get a refund but I’ve worked fast food before and it really is not hard to cook the food all the way and maybe melt the cheese? Yall are working a very easy job when I went I there it wasn’t even busy so yall had time to cook it all the way. Yall just being lazy its simple, make sure the chicken is cooked all the way before you serve it I got a crispy no.8 and I didn’t try to eat it till I got home. First bite I take and it’s 30% raw. While I was there with my friends I didn’t eat it because it simply didn’t look appetizing because the cheese was cold along with half the sandwich. 🤦‍♂️

Love their bag of burgers and chocolate shakes. All for under$8.00.

Ordered a chocolate m&m shake. It had no m&m in it. Very disappointed as they weren't even busy at the time

It was ok had order biscuits and gravy. It looked like they just threw it together. I had gravy covering everything and only a few napkins.

Worst store I have ever been to!!! After waiting 15 minutes, I ask does anyone work the Ice cream line? We had our hearts set on two small chocolate yogurt cones and one large chocolate one. We thanked the one and only girl that decided to wait on us. We even bought milk and two loaves of the best bread ever. Always buy some at whatever store we are close to, as we have to drive at least thirty miles to get to your store. Just wish you had friendly people at Ada store😥

Sunday night after church we stopped for our 2 gallons of milk and decided to get ice cream I got soft serve and Susan got the special hot fudge double dip sunday. Her sundsy had tiny amounts of ice-cream in it. They weren't even round about half sized scoops. I worked at braums when I was in high school, so I know what it's supposed to look like. I asked for a better made one. The same kid made it about the same but we took it. The work area was filthy. Health Hazzard, nasty.....

Parking: Oklahoma owned and operated. It's the best burger and ice cream you can get! And their milk is the best I've ever had!
