I order an Jalapeno cheese burger with bacon combo. Got home with my order and it had no jalapenos at all. Very disappointing. The burger didn't taste very good either.

The food is mediocre. The staff member I got was not trained well. He got overwhelmed and walked away.

It was really dirty in there. Tables were covered in foor and grime. Also,I literally almost got run over by one of the employees in the dining area he said excuse you(not excuse me), but I was walking first from the bathroom to my table across from the bathrooms and he was taking food to a car outside and turned around and came charging back to the kitchen area. The problem is I'm in a walking boot with an injury right now. I can't exactly skedaddle quickly out of his way, and if it wasn't for another patron, I would have fallen over. The ceilings are covered in grime maybe the air filtration needs checked.... just a thought. Food was average.

Braums has gone downhill for awhile. Their burgers aren't near as tasty as they once were (I guess they probably butcher their dairy cows instead of using better beef). Whataburger opening down the street will kill their burger sales.

Had a rotten week period trying to find my mom 100 miles from home found her and next morning I drove drove off without her food after paying near the end of breakfast. Mgr said he would make my order over and save it but he left before I could get back. A woman threw it in the trash and breakfast was over so my mom was hungry and I was livid. She gave me a refund but my mom can't chew meat so I had to figure out what theto do to and where to go and how to get there to feed her and explain it to her when I don't know where I am hardly.

We usually get our milk and ice cream here. The cashier(s) are always so friendly and nice. They make the checkout process easy and friendly.
This store is close to our house and always has some of the friendliest employees around! It’s why we continue to come back again and again!

Very friendly and sweet lady working at the grocery register. I had 3 kids with me and was carrying the baby in the carseat, so she bagged my milk in 2 separate bags so the boys could each carry one. One of the gallons ended up getting busted on the way to the car, but she took it to the back for me and gave me a new one free of charge.
