Terrible customer service. Called to speak to the manager to see if it was normal for her store to be ran like I just experienced. She said it’s normal and she couldn’t do anything to fix the issues. Will not being going back and spending money with this location.

As we all know, Chick-fil-A is known for their great customer service. But this time they went out way beyond customer satisfaction. I’m a truck driver and I was passing through town close to their closing time.. so I called this specific store 14 minutes before the closing and told them if I can put a request over the phone and come pick it up right at 10 PM. The team was very understanding and had my order ready for pick up right at 10PM

We always enjoy our local Chick-fil-A. Staff are always courteous and the restaurant is always clean, even when it is busy.
Since I have been coming here as usual, the food is great, the service is quick and easy. The staff are all kind and keep the place clean and stocked. They all always respond with "My pleasure," as I've heard Chick-fil-A staff are all strictly required to repeat. There's a few complaints I have regarding a particular day I came in and I was surprised by the service. The cashier was wonderful, taking orders just as normal. My particular issue was when me and my family were served our meals, my son accidentally knocked over his drink and made a huge mess in between our tables. He felt so bad and tried to clean it up with napkins, which wouldn't be enough for how big the spill was so I let our server know and see our nasty big spill we had. She said she will let them know about them spill. It took quite a while and I noticed no one came so I decided to go up to the desk and let another person know about the spill and he said "I'll get that cleaned up for you ma'am." I thanked the man... When our server came back asking if everything was alright, a few of us asked for some dipping sauce. every time she came and left my husband mentioned to me that he noticed that she never said "My pleasure" the entire time. I felt bad for her and family kept wondering if they were still coming to clean up the spill. Well, the entire time no one came to clean the spill and our waitress knew about it and so did the man who looked like the manager up front. Made me feel like if I had worked there, I would have cleaned up the spill as soon as possible because that is a hazard.

Would it kill them to get ab order right. These idiots are more concerned about talking and fulling around than they are about watching their orders. I am so sick and tired of the lack of care at this facility. Shame on you will never eat here again.and I will pass on the horrible drive thur service my whole order was wrong cost me almost 29 dollars for food I could not eat. Do expect good service because you won't get it.
