Always good. Food is freshly prepared and employees are typical of every Chick-fil-A, polite and attentive. The driveway exit is a bit tricky to navigate. The new owner is friendly and seems engaged with the customers..they've hired a couple of older adults now which I'm happy to see..

So the family and myself eat here usually once a week if not every other week, the location is always nice and clean, food is always great and taste great when you finally get it all, unfortunately here lately the service has went down to the normal high standard experience you would normally get from your chick fil a experience. 2-3 times my drive thru order has been wrong or missing out of the last 4 visits, it's lowered the standard down to having to check my meals before driving home like I've stopped at the other burger places. I use to could depend on the staff and leaders to have it right. I get it maybe once, it happens but we are talking multiple times now. Hoping that I can see better results in the next few visits and maybe get this rating up but I'm disappointed.
