Went in for and 8 piece chicken and an 8 piece wing and the staff was so ignorant that the gave us an 8 piece wing and called it an 8 piece chicken and didnt give the 8 piece chicken and when we tried to explain that they had messed the people were too ignorant to comprehend. Horrible service. Need smarter employees.

The last two times that we have gotten livers they have been like charcoal bricks! They are burned up to nothing!!! Sucks because this place isn't the cheapest for fast food! Do better!!!!

If I could rate service 0 I would Say at the window for almost 15 minutes no one said anything finally decide I’ll go somewhere else and all the employees standing outside smoking

I had lunch and to my surprise 2 employees both female making out at booth across from me. Kinda disgusted that the management was allowing that to happen. Think goodness my kids wasn’t there or anybody’s kids for that matter
I swear everyone I go to this location 5 minutes I set at the window with no response, when they do take my money it’s always 15 to 20 minutes of me setting there just to get one small combo. Get it together already.
