I swear everyone I go to this location 5 minutes I set at the window with no response, when they do take my money it’s always 15 to 20 minutes of me setting there just to get one small combo. Get it together already.

I order the five piece chicken strip meal for my Husband. He is in love with the gravy so whoever at this location is in charge of the gravy, is doing a fantastic job.
I only buy the chicken liver dinner here. They are expensive so I treat myself once in awhile. I don't eat in store, always take home.

I just want to say that the staff went far above their jobs today! I fell going into the store (my fault). They came out to see if I was okay, I had hit my face on the sidewalk and I did have to go to the hospital. But they kept an eye on me till my friend got there. I don’t know what I would have done without out them! I did go back and got my food with no problems.
Waited 30 minutes to be told they didn't have spicy tenders. Substituted for regular and 10 minutes later was giving 4 tenders and cheese stick and gravy with no roll. Worst chicken express I have ever been to. Nothing about this chicken was express.
