Maddie was an awesome server! The other staff were very courteous and helpful. The food was great 👍 There was a mix-up on one of the orders, but it was fixed very quickly with no issues. We will definitely be back!

If I could give no stars I would went in sat for 20 mins No service no drinks people came in after us and got served even us saying we been here for 20 mins no one even offered us a drink they are not friendly and do not serve Black folk that’s for sure! Racist as it gets do not eat there!

We had a pleasant experience with the service. The staff was friendly, we didn’t have to wait for a table even though it was a busy night. The food didn’t meet expectations. The ribs didn’t look right—the meat had an off color and seemed like poor quality. The brisket quesadillas were the same; the meat just didn’t look fresh. The fries were fine, but the rest of the food was lacking. I wouldn’t say I got food poisoning, but the meal didn’t sit well the next day. Overall, the service was great, so I’m giving 3 stars, but the food was really disappointing.

Absolutely awesome customer service from all teams, at Chili's in Ada! Everytime I've arrived to pickup an order for myself or as a dasher on doordash, the team members have demonstrated excellent communication and customer service everytime. Anytime you arrive, a team member is there to greet you professionally, even when it seems super busy. They will go out of there way to make sure you as the customer are taken care of at all cost. Thank you to the team that works in Ada, y'all are awesome!

Stopped in for lunch today. First time eating here and wow, were glad we did!! This is a great place to eat. The burgers and fries were very good, thick, seasoned, and juicy. The staff was friendly and we were well taken care of. The establishment was clean and well lit. We will definitely go back.
