We had a pleasant experience with the service. The staff was friendly, we didn’t have to wait for a table even though it was a busy night. The food didn’t meet expectations. The ribs didn’t look right—the meat had an off color and seemed like poor quality. The brisket quesadillas were the same; the meat just didn’t look fresh. The fries were fine, but the rest of the food was lacking. I wouldn’t say I got food poisoning, but the meal didn’t sit well the next day....

Absolutely awesome customer service from all teams, at Chili's in Ada! Everytime I've arrived to pickup an order for myself or as a dasher on doordash, the team members have demonstrated excellent communication and customer service everytime. Anytime you arrive, a team member is there to greet you professionally, even when it seems super busy. They will go out of there way to make sure you as the customer are taken care of at all cost. Thank you to the team that works...
