THIS is the best burger joint for hundreds of miles. Iâve loved it for over thirty years! I order an educated cheeseburger basket and a coke, and enjoy every bite while surrounded by the small town folks talking about the latest ballgame, McSwainâs live music, or other event around town. I would drive five hours from my home just to eat here. Donât miss this!

My wife and I had lunch there. Tiny place, but welcoming and service was immediate. Great hamburger, but should have split one order of fries. The place has been there for 90 years, they gotta be doing something right!

This burger joint is small and only open 4 hours per day, so plan accordingly...... We arrived just before 2 pm and they were busy with only a few seats available. Our order arrived quickly and it was the best cheeseburger I've had in recent memory. Toppings were in perfect proportions to the meat cheese and bun. My beautiful wife felt the same about hers. I probably should have ordered the double, maybe next time. A shared half order of fries was the perfect complement to the burgers and the exact right size for most appetites. Out the door for less than $20. Worth every penny!
