Service was good but company rules about adding salt pepper to my sandwich is what he said but the food was good I asked for no veggies and got veggies no biggie Bathroom was super clean as well as everything else in the store so definitely worth a visit and my 2 stars on service has nothing to do with employees it’s the company rules about salt pepper

Jimmy John’s always has great service but this location tops them all. Service is 10/10. Shout out to Michael for being awesome. My reward points were glitched and I missed my birthday sandwich. Dude was like, “happy birthday” and gave me the sandwich. I jumped on here to throw a kudos for him being awesome and making my day.

I was very disappointed in this establishment. My wife and I went to this place to have lunch on 8/24/2024. We had a very bad experience with the service. The employees were so lost and confused behind the counter, preparing food and orders. I felt bad for the employees because it wasn't their fault. I blame this bad experience on the management team for not being there to teach and guide the employees. There was one guy who said he was a manager. But not to be rude, he definitely had no idea what he was doing, and I would say he was very unqualified and inexperienced. He couldn't even give us a refund. I would be very embarrassed if this was our business.

Had to revise my review. I am a very good customer but lately the bad sandwiches out number the good. Today was another disappointment. It appears to have been refrigerated. Had brown lettuce, small but overly thick bread, skimpy meat and wasn't cut in half.
Walked in to music blaring. The staff seemed more interested in socializing than working. Ordwr messed up. 1 out of 4 sandwiched made right. One employee needs to pull hair back and not flick his hair while making food. Cashier needs to handle.food or money... not both. Drive through girl pet a dog at the window .... then handled food without washing. YUCK. What happened to this place? Good sandwiches, but over priced and can't seem to get good help.

1pm on a Friday. They had my food ready before I could reach the pickup window. I know this is Jimmy John's corporate goal. Its nice to have in Ada. Other restaurants should step it up. Great sandwich. Great fountain drink. The man working window was very clean, friendly and professional.
