Food is always awesome. It’s a high turnover job position so you never know what you are getting as far as customer service, but most of the workers are friendly. Only had one instance where you could tell the fries were the end of the lunch rush and they were pretty gross and crispy and dry by the time I got them at 230. Other than that, it’s a multi chain restaurant giant. It’s about what you expect.

The service is a joke. 4 sauces for a family of 6 eating and everyone wants sauce. Had to argue with them to even get 4 sauces. We literally ordered a family meal and an extra bucket of strips. What a shame that the company is so broke they can't afford to give out 1 sauce per mouth. Will never spend money here again.
My pros for KFC in Ada...service is always friendly and helpful. Cons, if you get it to go you will end up w meat so dry that it has a green tint to it. Not spoiled just so dry and hard no eat able. I love ❤️ KFC....just not their take out. Oh and no Coca-Cola.

I received the nastiest greasy chicken. I asked for extra crispy didn't get it. The chicken was like nothing I've ever gotten before. The girl at the counter was getting the orders out but from what I've heard several of us didn't get what we ordered. I'll not be back. This has happened too many times lately.
