The service is a joke. 4 sauces for a family of 6 eating and everyone wants sauce. Had to argue with them to even get 4 sauces. We literally ordered a family meal and an extra bucket of strips. What a shame that the company is so broke they can't afford to give out 1 sauce per mouth. Will never spend money here again.

My pros for KFC in Ada...service is always friendly and helpful. Cons, if you get it to go you will end up w meat so dry that it has a green tint to it. Not spoiled just so dry and hard no eat able. I love ❤️ KFC....just not their take out. Oh and no Coca-Cola.

I received the nastiest greasy chicken. I asked for extra crispy didn't get it. The chicken was like nothing I've ever gotten before. The girl at the counter was getting the orders out but from what I've heard several of us didn't get what we ordered. I'll not be back. This has happened too many times lately.

Mashed potatoes still had clumps of unmixed flakes of instant potatoes in them. Gravy was the consistency of pudding.

I ordered online, went to pick it up and was told to come back in 10 min so I did and was given a extremely hot bag and when I opened it , the bag had so much condensation the whole inside of the bag was soaking wet also the bucket of chicken was complete mush, I mean the skin looked like it melted off the chicken they must have not let it cool any before bagging it idk but I came back up here for a 3rd time and asked for my chicken to be replaced I feel like I got the go around about but I kept on the issue I didn’t order soggy wet chicken it don’t even look good I don’t want to eat that it’s not what I paid for and the manager told me I have the same problem because the chicken just came out so I’m again waiting for my bucket of edible chicken. Why does this keep happening ? The last page is of the chicken I was finally given, I’ve spent more in gas then what this 10.00 bucket if cheeked please be more mindful I feel very frustrated at the time I’ve had to spent to get 1 item

Online pickup was missing my grandaughters Capri sun from her kids meal and one 3piece tender only had 2 tenders in it spent 50 dollars on food

I when thur the drive thur early for my lunch break at work and I order the chicken sandwich and nuggets well I got back to work and started to look in my bag and didn’t even see my chicken sandwich I try to call multiple times and no one answer I always go there for lunch around 7pm and never had a problem till tonight

I had went to KFC and the guy that is the cook at KFC here in Ada Oklahoma come to the window and decided to look at me instead of asking me if I wanted dark meat instead of the tenders because he told me tenders were going to take 10 minutes and I told him that was fine but instead he decided to throw stuff around and cuss at the guy that took my order and so I just went to another place to get my food because the cook wanted to be rude and ugly right in the window right in front of me
