Never had an issue at any other locations except this one. Very unprofessional service from the manager on staff, and I was in the store for over an hour after ordering online for just one pizza. In the lobby there were several other customers having the same problem with both unprofessionalism from the manager with no transparency on the timeline of orders. Could not recommend this location to anyone.

This location never has any hot-n-ready's available. They let the lobby fill up with customers and don't come up to wait on them. I finally had to just place a regular order after waiting over an hour for the hot-n-readys that never got made. I won't be back!

If I tell the store employee that I want a pizza made a certain way BEFORE IM CHARGED and ASSURED that it will be done, pay the bill, then when I get my food it should be carried out. Absolutely very unhappy with this place tonight. Don't go to this store after 9 because their disregard for customer satisfaction is apparent.

The pizza was good and the service was good but I had to wait for cheese pizza. They didn't have any ready. It would have also been nice if they would have had a drive thru. But they couldn't help that 🤔, otherwise the store was nice and clean. 😊
The food was fine. But, when placing the order, we encountered a woman who couldn't hardly speak any English. Nowhere near enough to be trying to take orders. Why wouldn't you put somebody who can understand a little more on the phone taking orders?

Last time I ordered from this place, my order was complete and loaded into the portal, but I still had to wait like 5-10 mins for someone to even acknowledge me so I could ask for crazy sauce... the person that was prepping the food had their hair down, had slide sandals on with their dogs (toes) out and didn't have a single thread of Little Caesars uniform on. Sweatshirt and leggings. With. Sandals. On. And. Toes. Out. GROSS.
