i went last nigth at this place and the two ladys that attended me were very rude and with a lot of attitude, i ordered a deep dish pizza and a peperoni bread and a stuffed crust pizza the 3 things were really bad looking the pizza looks plain like if they forgot to put sauce the bread peperoni sticks also looks really bad nothing to do with a deep dish pizza, and when i try to complain about the look of my pizza the lady first said that the pizza was being too long waiting then she said in a very rude way that everybody does pizza diferent, i been buying here for 6 years and a deep dish puzA always looks same to me until last nigth, then they start trowing random excuses while keep giving me attitude, at the end i abandoned the restaurant very frustrated and sad for my experience definitely i will think twice next time that i want to buy pizza

This place is Ridiculous. I thought little Caesar’s is supposed to offer hot ready service. The past 20 times I have visited this place there has never once been a pizza hot and ready. It’s always a 20 minute wait or more.

like the pizza but I was just there and the staff is very slow in the afternoons...she was just doing something else, several customers came in and no one attended to us as if she wanted to say wait until I want to ask what you need, terrible staff they have there these last few days in the afternoons. I'll try to order online instead, maybe they'll be faster that way. They treat you as if you didn't exist, no one asks you what you need, the staff is horrible

I like his place alot!!!!!! The service is a bit..ehhh.. sometimes, like that one time they spelled out order to somebody else, knowing it was ours, because they didn't want to make more and thought we would leave, but nah, we just sat there for like 15 more minutes. The bread sticks are amazing!! Don't order a half-and-half topping pizza. Once we ordered half pepperoni, half pineapple (don't worry I don't like pineapples on pizza lol) and they did a weird job at cutting it making some slices like semicircles and stuff(???), and put BOTH pineapple and pepperoni. Besides that, it was mostly good.
They said 10 minutes it was like 20, gave our pizza to another person that came in after us and forgot to give us the rest

Came in at 11:35am, not greeted at the counter for several minutes. Finally a woman comes to the counter looking and sounding high and asked what the name was on my order. I replied that I hadn't ordered, can see that the hot boxes are empty and would like to know what will be ready soon as I am in a hurry. She goes to the back, comes back and asks me what the name was on my order again. I just turned around and left at that point aa did the next customer in line behind me. Complaint being sent to Vibe and Illitch Holdings.
