Absolutely horrendous wait times! Doesn’t even matter if you order online they’ll say your order is ready and when you get there you still have to wait another 30 minutes to an hour! They also never have anything hot and ready.

To many orders and not enough staff to keep up.Orders and paid online and still had to wait 10 minutes for bread.
Ordered a stuffed crust pep got a pep no stuff crust. Also got just a plain hot and ready pep. Was charged for a emb pep and emb stuffed crust. Went back 4 days later for an order of stuffed crazy bread.... No stuffed just plain bread.

Cheap and good! Employees kinda get upset when THEY forget to give you all of your order and ask for the rest of it. ? that was the look my son got when he told them he had another pizza coming. Very hard to find parking here.

Hone of the " HOT & READY" pizza...Watch it, that pizza may have been sitting for a couple of hours. Cheap, yes. But, I got so sick after I ate 2 slices of regular cheese pizza. The sauce tasted almost burnt and the crust had no flavor whatsoever! To me and my kids, it was spicy!! Pizza is not supposed to be spicy!!! If you order it that way, yes. But not just plain cheese pizza!!!! Cmon" LC"s, let's not reuse the pizza sauce, throw out the old and OPEN A NEW CAN!!!! LOL. AND, I know prices have gone up but, the HOT & READY???? GEEZE!

If the guys are working the servics is horrible but if the girls are working the service is ok. Always check your order, if you pay extra for toppings, double check. Very disappointing.. this owner should be ashamed.
