I found this place on Google. I'm so glad I did! Being Mexican it's hard not to be picky when it comes to authentic. Maria's is 100% authentic. We got breakfast burritos. Absolutely to die for. The chorizo, potatoes, and beans were delicious. The bacon burrito had full strips of bacon and perfectly cooked and you tasted it in every bite. The price of the burrito is way under charged. The burritos are huge! There's only a drive thru available. Definitely a place to go!

During advertised business hours the open sign was on, but front door was locked. 4/2/2025 I'm not in Ada all that often, and probably won't bother visiting again to try to update this review. I read other's ratings before I went, and this is a common problem, but wanted to give an honest try anyway.

These were literally the best tripas tacos I've ever had in my life!! (And i've had my fair share of tripas...) Super flavorful and CRUNCHY! It was the texture for me🤌🤌🤌And their burrito was also HUGE🌮🌯 🇲🇽
Edit: Was so good I did not hesitate to recommend to my colleagues and they wanted to try it too, so we went back the next day where they gave similarly high praise, and I got three more tripas tacos👌 I recommend pairing with Sidral Mundet apple soda!🍎

My husband and I stop in here every chance that we get! The owners are two of the nicest people that I have ever met in my life. They even speak to us every time they see us out at the store. And the food is AUTHENTIC. Delicious every time we stop in.

I really like the street tacos here. I had barbacoa and the potions were very generous!

This was the worst mexican food we have ever had. The beans were nasty and the rice tasted like it was bag steamed minute rice.

Some of the Best Mexican food. The Carne Asada Street taco was seasoned to the 9's. The Enchilada Al Pastor has so much flavor. You know it's good when they dunk the tortilla in the Enchilada sauce before rolling it. The kids got the fancy nachos and cleaned their plates. Hubs devoured his chimichanga. Everything was made to order! Salsa was bomb. The choriqueso was delicious. Everything was good! Will def come back when I am in town again

Where do I start. Ordered fajitas, that was a joke. The beef had no taste at all, the flour tortillas they sent were like street taco size. The guac was maybe a teaspoon, what the hell is up with that. If I could do this without giving any stars I would. I won't ever recommend this place to eat at. Their food really sucks. Worst meal I ever ate
