I placed an online order and then called to ask for my pepperoni to be placed on top of all the other toppings cheese included every time I order a pizza from Papa John’s I always call. I’ve been here for 4 years and I always ask them to put the pepperoni on top, it’s never been an issue before. Ryan, who tells me he is the general manager I don’t know if that’s true. I didn’t bother to argue. He said that this is corporate policy that they can’t do that. Is that true or not I honestly I don’t know. All I know is anytime I ordered pizza from there. I always call and make sure that the pepperoni is on top and they cook it well done to also which he added that the pizza is already cooked well done and then he canceled my order and put a restriction and said I can’t order from there. I was not rude. I was not ugly. I simply just stated that that what I always do. if you felt that I called too late and you didn’t want to remake the pizza you could’ve simply said that and I would’ve accepted that but instead, Ryan was very rude. Canceled my order like I said and restricted me. in the four years I’ve been in Ada. I’ve never one time had a problem with that and I would like to be contacted by an owner or anybody that’s above the general manager Ryan. I would like to speak to someone over his head. I called to get a corporate number. He said it’s not corporate even though he told me that it was corporate policy I couldn’t get my pepperonis on top of my pizza Toppings is insane. I asked for a corporate Number and he tells me it’s not corporate it’s franchise and gives me a franchise email and I said is there not a number he said the numbers in the email I said OK The email he gave me is Ada PJ@5120 to which I clarified two times because I haven’t written down two times the same thing because it was told to me three times the first time it was eight of PJ 45120. Turns out neither email matches. I would like to speak to somebody about this, please and thank you. I hope you record the phone orders

Quality varies greatly depending on who is working at the moment. Sometimes the best, sometimes the mediocre-est. But you’re paying more than other pizza joints either way.
Check out this “extra cheese” pizza I ordered via the app then picked up myself. Notice anything missing? It has less than even a normal amount of cheese. Paid extra to get less. Even tipped ahead of time, even though I was carrying out. Geez. Papa John must be spinning in his retired multimillionaire bed right now.

Didn't bring us the right soda, promised a 2 liter since they didn't have any 20oz Pepsis, an hour later, still no soda, said they'd send it soon. After 2 and a half hours, told me they couldn't get us a 2-liter, and thed send a 20oz if they had one, or give us a partial refund for the soda. If you promise something, you live up to your promise.

Their pizzas usually are good but I just went on 1-14-25 and got 2 med regular crust specialty pizzas. 1 the works 1 chicken buffalo. Total was 36.00 (I did pick up) the toppings were bare min and little sauce so they were dry and unfavorable. I was very disappointed Oh and their wall menu is gone.. that was one of the easiest menus to read.. now they have a little menu flyer on the counter very hard to read.
Kid-friendliness: This is not a dine in place. Pick up or delivery only. Small lobby has 2 chairs to sit and wait so kids may get anxious or bored
Wheelchair accessibility: There is no automatic door opener and very small lobby so a person in a wheelchair might have trouble getting in and out

Ordered thin pizza got thick crust, ordered cheesey bread and got plain breadsticks. Not going to go back there ever again!!! Also had to tell him my order five times Pizza sauce was was sloppy on the inside of my box. And the pizza was small not medium.

The cashier was very rude and got our order wrong. Took like 15 minutes to keep repeating our order to him. And we sat there for almost an hour waiting on the food.

The guy who cashed me out was more worried about going on a delivery with his buddy then helping the poor kid he left alone to handle the whole store. Got my pizza and it’s completely raw and dough. Tried to cook it in my oven and it’s still not edible. What a waste of $30???Edit…..The store manager called and made this right. I will absolutely return as a customer and give them another shot. Thanks for turning my experience around Nicholas!

I usually pick up DoorDash orders from here and employees are attentive and friendly. The orders may take a few more minutes after I get there, but they’re always hot and seem to be correct. I haven’t heard the DoorDash customers complain at all. We have ordered take out a couple of times and our orders have been correct every time. We will order in the future if we ever want to!
