The first week in October, we stopped by pigskins to get us some catfish and possibly some barbecue. All of us ended up ordering catfish. The catfish wasn’t too bad, but it wasn’t anything to rave about either ( no flavor). The fries were soaked in grease. We never even ate them. I specifically ask how was their okra the waitress told me that it was really good. I asked her if they breaded it there and she said yes. I ordered it along with everyone else that got the catfish. The okra was hard as a rock and cooked in old dirty grease. We spent quite A bit of money there. There was five of us altogether. I would never recommend this place and I would also never go back either. I live in Utah and I was looking forward to having some southern barbecue or catfish. I was extremely disappointed.

Pulled pork tasted like unseasoned boiled chicken. No bbq flavor, no smoke flavor. Thankfully the bbq sauce was free, and helped to add some flavor.

Definitely a great spot. You definitely got your moneys worth here. I got the 3 meat option for $19 and sides. Definitely worth it as you’ll walk out full. Everyone was very nice and welcoming while you’re there. If you’re in Ada, definitely try out this place!

Only place I can count on the ribs being delicious every time.
Service was great from our server, the other young blonde server wasn't all that friendly, but maybe it was just a day. We were super excited about the food, both my mother and I ordered the linebacker, both sliced brisket and ribs, and it was honestly awful. It tasted like they had already cooked it and it just sat under a heating lamp all day. My grandmother ordered the chopped brisket sandwich and it was the same. My daughter's grilled cheese was pretty burnt, she didn't want to eat it, same with mine and my mom's toast. It's definitely not worth the money, but again, our server was great! And I really wish I had gotten her name, that way she could get recognized.

First timer here just looking for some good ole BBQ , I ordered the three meat and two sides or green beans , I had the sliced brisket , hot link and bologna . Before I ordered I asked if I could get wet/moist brisket and the waitress said yes . Mind you , I'm very pickey about my brisket and pork . I smoke a lot and make sure my brisket oozes juice . It was stiff and dry for my standards , swapped it out for the pork and it was better but tasted like it was cooked the day before , if you know you know on pork butt . Waitress was great but I left literally feeling empty ! Please do better and leave a little fat on the meat
