Some of the worse customer service I have ever had. No one said a word to us in a friendly manner. I ordered water and was getting ready to order drink for my husband who was gone to restroom. By the time I said water she was gone. Our food was sat down on table without a single word. She knew we were splitting our lunch and did not bring us extra plate. When we finally got to ask for that she brings out small saucer and seems quite irritated. Again does not say a word and leaves table. We of course have to ask for regular plate. Again very irritated I have asked for that. Will never be back to this place again. Food was only fair. No refill of water, tea

Polos is my absolute favorite restaurant of all time! I really miss having one in Seminole! I realize that the salsa is one you absolutely love or hate and there’s a lot on each said but I’ve been trying to replicate it my entire lift and if there was a polos near me I would have to stop on a daily basis! If anyone knows what’s actually in it (and it’s definitely not “just tomato sauce) I would greatly appreciate it!

Horrible! They can't even do good tortillas. The building is falling down and the roof leaks non stop...where is the health department?? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Third world cleanliness at best!

In town with friends for a single overnight. Needed a good place for dinner, and this hit the spot. Plenty of social distancing. Service was on point. It was not overbearing, but we never wanted for anything. Friendly servers bringing great food made for an excellent dinner. If I’m ever back in Ada again, I will happily come back here in a heartbeat. I had a combo plate that had a taco, enchilada, and tamale. The only strange thing is that it comes with either beans or rice. Not both. Beans costing more than rice, I had it come with beans and ordered a side of rice. Problem solved. Regretfully, I was starved and didn’t think of taking pictures till after I finished my plate.

Amazing food and service! This is the best Mexican food I’ve had outside of Monterrey. The food is fresh, the place is huge and clean, and the service is like being with family. A happy family. There’s plenty of parking in the back.

I've been eating at Polo's for 20 years+. The food is excellent and I've never had bad service. I prefer their chips to national chain chips. The salsa is different, but I still enjoy it.
Eat there all the time. Really good today. Had a taco and some of my sister's tortilla soup. Next time soup for me also

I really like Polos. I order the same thing every time I go. As with any other restaurant, there are things on the menu that I didn't like, but that's my preference, not a reflection on the quality of food. When I get an itch for taquitos and don't want to make them at home, I go here. I also recommend the Mexican Shrimp Cocktail. It's delicious!
