Drove 2 hrs to eat with family members that live there. Food was cold , butter was not melting on the spud . Chopped chicken super dry when brought to us . Mac and cheese should have been thrown in trash. Waitress was very dingy and not helpful. 1st time there . Will never be back

Judging by recent reviews this location may be hit or miss. We experienced a miss with our group of 8 adults and 4 children last night! The service was good and the atmosphere is as expected for a BBQ place but the food last night was a failure! Three baked potatoes at our table were served so cold they did not even melt butter and the meats (pulled pork and chicken) were dry. We did have them sent back to the kitchen to be warmed. The kids did not finish their mac and cheese and made mention that is just wasn't their favorite. Judging from the consistency of the cheese, we suspicion that it was served cold also. We have been mildly disappointed with this location before but last night took the cake!

The food was awesome as always, and the manager went above and beyond the call of duty when my truck was hit in the parking lot. He jumped in his personal vehicle and found the vehicle all while calling the police and coordinating with the caller that contacted the restaurant that gave a detailed description of the car. I have always enjoyed the food, but knowing the level of integrity that the management and team have at this location puts it on my list of favorite restaurants!
