Went tonight for my daughters 16th birthday, she picked you guys. As soon as we were seated I stuck both my forearms into soda on table. Looked over and one of the employees was standing in the seating area in front of bathroom walkway picking his teeth with his hand. Waiter came immediately and asked for starters I told him we just sat down and asked if he could bring something for table and told him what happened. We waited for 45 mins to be seated, then the same to get the food, not many people there, short staffed. We ordered a steak that was tough, and catfish I had to send back to the cook, undercooked. Waitress was fine, till I got charged a day later almost a 16 dollar tip again on a 44 dollar bill already paid. Probably will not be back.
8 pm. Saturday night. Appt 10 cars in the lot and 20 employees cars in the back. No one in the waiting area. 2 folk at the hostess stand. We. 2 of us. Came in to eat and we were told the wait was 30-45 minutes because they were short staffed. The noise volume was super quiet so no obvious large parties. Sounds like poor poor management. Won’t try that again for quite awhile.
