When the service was terrible from arrival we should have gotten a clue to leave. They weren’t very busy yet we got no silverware, no drink refills, no chips for our dip trio, and burned rolls.
Steak was a cheaper cut so it was a little tough and a bit bland.

Y’all need a good waitress? Go here and see Hannah! She was hands down THE BEST Waitress I’ve had in probably 8 years! And the food was AMAZING too!

I was so disappointed. Hadn't been here in years. The rolls were cold, butter questionable. The potato soup tasted soured, corn was hard as a roclk, and the food did NOT taste fresh. It was a very experience..

Our food was terrific! Easily the best meal we’ve had in Ada! The shrimp, chicken, and fried pickles were hand breaded and perfectly cooked so they weren’t greasy. The steal was cooked as ordered and delicious. Our waitress was Kelsey and was very welcoming and prompt. The women’s bathroom was clean as well. We will be coming back next time we are in Ada!

This restaurant has such a fun western atmosphere, but the food quality is very disappointing. We went on a Tuesday night, so it wasn't crazy busy.
Our food arrived lukewarm to cold. We let the server know that the Texas Sausage specifically was cold and she got us a new one, which was a little bit warmer but not by much, but we told her it was fine.
The 6oz steaks didn't have any seasoning and not much by way of natural flavor. My half rack of ribs and his mashed potatoes were also lukewarm.
The reason we didn't send any of it back again is that we're always worried that the kitchen staff is going to get annoyed and mess with our food.
We try so hard to be polite when the food is not up to our expectations, so in the end, we just got a to go box and left. This isn't the first time we received cold food from here. It'd been over a year, and we wanted to give them another chance. We won't be going back to this location.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch on Veterans Day in Ada. My husband opted for the Veterans Day special, ordering the smothered chopped steak and macaroni & cheese from their express lunch menu. I had the 12 oz ribeye with broccoli and a loaded baked potato. The food was flavorful and I had enough to take home for dinner that night. The broccoli was garlicky and delicious and the baked potato is always awesome, with a light crust of coarse salt on the outside. My steak was done a perfect medium rare and lightly seasoned. Ran into a bit more gristle than I like, but all in all, still worth it. My husband's chopped steak was a bit undersized and the macaroni and cheese (technically, it was penne and cheese) was a bit oversized, but everything tasted great and we left happy and full. For 2pm on a Monday, there were quite a few people enjoying lunch here. We'll be back in the future. Cheers!

Came in and waited for 20 minutes after being seated for wait staff. No one showed up but all the people who came in after us was taken care of. No one asked us anything. We left and told the host what happened but she just looked at us like what am I supposed to do about it.

It starts with poor Lilly at the door who not only greats you but also busses tables. We finally get seated to get cold flat rolls. All good until poor Lilly comes to bus a table and accidentally pours a drink on the floor there went my sneakers (not happy!!!) that’s when I take notice of the hamburger bun that laid in the spilt water the whole time then the burger patty under the chair. Finally more flat rolls but this time we got hot ones and butter. We had plenty of time to look around I can tell you now you need new management (pronto) you need to close for a day and clean! Top to bottom clean I mean there was more dust in that place than the dust bowl it’s self. It was our second time there and we won’t be back. Chick-fil-A it is until we get more familiar with ADA. Hope Lilly gets a raise and for the love of Ethel shut down and clean that place!!!
