Went tonight for my daughters 16th birthday, she picked you guys. As soon as we were seated I stuck both my forearms into soda on table. Looked over and one of the employees was standing in the seating area in front of bathroom walkway picking his teeth with his hand. Waiter came immediately and asked for starters I told him we just sat down and asked if he could bring something for table and told him what happened. He brought our drinks and sat them on the dirty table then when the girl came to clean the table sprayed soapy water onto table and our drinks as we rushed to pick them up off the table. She missed half the stuff on my side as she was huffing and puffing and walked off so I walked over borrowed the rag and proceeded to clean the table actually and then asked for some paper towels since rag was filthy with food etc and then she went and told someone else who came over and just handed me napkins and as soon as he did I started to say something and he walked off. Mind you its my daughters bday and was not trying to ruin it. I had to dry it all off myself…. No biggie crappy Monday service but completely uncalled for from a paying customer. We had the bread didn’t want more when he asked I asked for a refill and waiter never came back with it and then later our food came and I had to go find someone then get a refill then as I got to the table my daughters both needed theres. It was just super horrible. I took pics of: me having to clean the table, Broken plate missing part with jagged edge, bathroom was so disgusting my daughter wouldn’t go and two female employees entered and left and still never was cleaned the whole time we were there, the blinds over window right next to our table and food were covered in dust, a1 sauce container had I assume soapy water dripping off of it when I picked it up to pour some on my food and got on my food and I was done. Horrible experience all together and will obviously never go there again. I didnt make a scene or fuss since its my daughters bday but really wish we had never gone there. I tipped my waiter afterwards<—- im not a crappy person. Wish you guys the best but was severely disappointed.

We waited for 45 mins to be seated, then the same to get the food, not many people there, short staffed. We ordered a steak that was tough, and catfish I had to send back to the cook, undercooked. Waitress was fine, till I got charged a day later almost a 16 dollar tip again on a 44 dollar bill already paid. Probably will not be back.

I eat a lot. ribye is better than cattlemans. not quite better than texas road house but its up there. cant speak to other dishes

Great food and attentive staff. Casey was on it! Food was flavorful and made to order. Those sweet potato waffle fries were great! And the rolls... the rolls were fresh and warm and delicious with the cinnamon sugar butter was bussin! 10/10 would recommend.

8 pm. Saturday night. Appt 10 cars in the lot and 20 employees cars in the back. No one in the waiting area. 2 folk at the hostess stand. We. 2 of us. Came in to eat and we were told the wait was 30-45 minutes because they were short staffed. The noise volume was super quiet so no obvious large parties. Sounds like poor poor management. Won’t try that again for quite awhile.

First time visitor... will definitely be back! The buns were so soft! And southwest egg rolls are some of my favorite apps...and often times, they are disappointing...the s.w.e.r. were the best we've ever had. Crunchy and spicy within reason! Our server gave us some of the best service ever.

My fiance and I had a great experience at this restaurant. We visited for the first time this week and the food and waitress and experience was amazing. We will definitely be coming back!
