Just came from there just 30 minutes ago and we had to wait nearly 25 minutes for three slushes and the lids weren't even properly put on the cups so when I went to lift up my drink out of the drink carrier it came off and spilled everywhere really freaking disappointing and now a waste of money

Stopped in for a 1/2 price shake and OMG .... They were so generous 🙄 with the whip cream that it didn't even need the dome lid! 2nd bad experience in 2 days. Won't be back to the one here in Ada. Rather make the drive to ANY OTHER location.

For a place that needs a key to use the restroom area .I think it needs a bit more cleaning during the day. The hamburger patty was flattened so hard half of it fall out the Burger. The service was fast and helped me quickly though and the food was brought out fast enough we didn't wait long.

Employees here need an attitude adjustment and a basic shapes test so they can figure out the difference between small, medium, and large.

Half the kiosks are broken. The ones that work will not read a card, so if you aren't paying with cash, there is no way to tip the staff. If I worked here, I would be very upset at not being able to get tips. The food is always good though, and there are some great people putting up with the poor management of this location. There is a kid, Jordan, that is always smiles and will make sure your food is done right.
Parking: Fix the kiosks! It's not right to your employees who rely on tips to be unable to get them because the kiosks are all broken! This is shameful!

They get 1star for their existence. My husband & I pulled up to the order box, it took quite some time for anyone to take our order. We ordered 2 SweetTeas, extra ice. Repeated the order 4 times! They actually comped us the teas that were larges,not sweet, had very little ice. There were several Ppl in the store,but few customers. 🤦
