The staff was very rude. I waited 20+ minutes for two drinks, which had been sitting on the counter and had partially melted.
The manager blamed “being backed up” on the mishap, but the store was not busy.

Meh. These folks don’t want to be here anymore than they want you here. Don’t believe it, walk in and see for yourself.
The few that would provide service with a smile as it were don’t stay.
I’m not sure if it’s upper leadership crushing the local store or what it is. After waiting in line for 10-15 minutes on several occasions and leaving feeling like I bothered them, I’ve moved on.

I ordered 2 brownies with my drink. And when the door dash delivered them to me. I opened the bag and there was only my drink and no 2 brownies.
Great service today. They were definitely shorthanded, but did a good job communicating with customers. Keep up the good work!

Not a fan, you get treated like an idiot here most times. Also whoever decided on lining the tiles up in the bathrooms (see picture) should be flicked on the forehead repeatedly. It gives me actual anxiety.

Literally every time I come to the Ada Starbucks location, I wish I hadn’t. What a waste of time and money. The drinks are never right, customer service is terrible. I expect better.
I can only afford to come one a month...grande for $6.

My fiance is very lactose intolerant, ordered a soy Carmel crunch with no whip, girl at window served her whipped cream with unmarked drink cup(starbucks always marks allergen friendly drinks) and when pointed out the order was wrong she said she would fix it. She blended the whip cream into the same drink and intentionally served a food allergen to her. This is illegal, we will be filing a report with the health dept. When it was discovered that she had done this, she cocked an attitude and become very unprofessional and unpleasant when we asked for the lactate free drink that was ordered.

I have been going to Starbucks for years and literally go daily spending between $8-$20 per visit and I have never been treated the way I did this morning. Literally any time I come to Ada and stop at Starbucks here they have never made a drink right and today I asked for them to add a little more oak milk to my drink and you would have thought I asked the girl for a million dollars. She gave me a nasty look and said I can’t fill it up for you. What is the big deal about adding an extra half inch to an inch of milk to a drink that didn’t need much and I just spent $8 on and they didn’t put much ice in it when it says extra ice! I have literally never been told they can’t add anything to it for you. This is no way to do business!!! I will no longer be stopping at the ada location and spending any $ with them! 🤬🤬

WORST STARBUCKS IN OKLAHOMA. MESS DRINKS UP EVERY TIME AND REFUSE TO FIX THEM. NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM AT ANY OTHER LOCATION. ILL GET GAS STATION COFFEE BEFORE I GO BACK TO THE ADA STARBUCKS.

I go way to often. I love Starbucks. But I have not been happy with multiple recent visits. First of all everyone makes mistakes. That is understandable. It get busy and I can see how some can get overwhelmed.
However, when I ask for a cold drink with no ice, I don't expect to get a Venti cup a little over half filled because I didn't want ice. Especially after paying over $9 per cup of coffee (after alternating almond milk or oatmilk instead of whole milk, adding Carmel to the cup and whipping cream with drizzle not to mention the extra shot of espresso)...
After that I don't expect Starbucks to be stingy with an ounce or 2 of any kind of milk, even after I specifically say "fill the cup the rest of the way, even if I have to pay "
...And then shove a machine in my face and ask for a tip for that almost 10$ cup of coffee, at the window, for doing the job you were hired to do. A tip is something people have an option to give based on your attitude and service.
Especially for those that do not make a minimum wage. People should not be bullied into giving more money. Which is basically what happens when you get put on the spot, like it is an obligation. Can you imagine how much extra, daily, times atleast 500 vehicles. Just Stop. Maybe time for a team meeting.
Do better Starbucks.

Tipping is choice by the customer, particularly in a drive through. I do not appreciate having a machine stuck in my face - “This is if you want to leave a tip.” There is a tip jar for a reason. The Ada Starbucks is the only one I have been to where they do this - a tip for a coffee and maybe a sandwich. Imagine that happening at every drive through. Starbucks employees also make a decent hourly wage.
