Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80? tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.?

I go way to often. I love Starbucks. But I have not been happy with multiple recent visits. First of all everyone makes mistakes. That is understandable. It get busy and I can see how some can get overwhelmed.
However, when I ask for a cold drink with no ice, I don't expect to get a Venti cup a little over half filled because I didn't want ice. Especially after paying over $9 per cup of coffee (after alternating almond milk or oatmilk instead of whole milk,...

Great coffee, and service until they tell you to “pull around to the side while they finish making your drink and they will bring it out.” Mind you no other vehicle is ever in the line when this happens. Doesn’t make sense. The parking lot isn’t built for that with vehicles trying to back out, and big trucks pulling in.
