We love the lot! We came for lotoberfest and had an amazing time! Staff was super friendly, they hosted an adorable dog costume contest, had tons of great live music, we will definitely be back!

Its a cool concept. Could of used more than one TV actually showing something... Its Friday night and only one food truck which we got there at 8 and they were sold out of food.. and says family friendly but at 9pm its 21+ only. They do have 2 cornhole stations but a little close to people. Just FYI.

We absolutely love the Lot and everything about it, including the owners! We have become personal friends with them, and we look forward to seeing them every time we go. Absolutely love this place. The atmosphere here is super friendly and welcoming. The events that they bring to the lot are always fun and have been interesting. We like to come here often because the food options are always changing and so is the events and activities. The drinks I've gotten here are unmatched by any other place. We Absolutely adore the staff around here because they have always been nothing but respectful, friendly, helpful and very energetic. We will continue to come here every month just because every time we do we seem to enjoy this place more and more each time. We wish to give a big thanks to the lot for giving something nice and meaningful to ada and for always being friendly and fun.
Parking: The location of parking is limited but we never seem to have issues finding a spot. You can park behind the building or there is plenty of parking spaces lined up and down the main street out front.
