I came by around 7:15 am Monday and Tuesday this week to order a smoothie but the worker was sitting in the dark with the doors locked? The hours posted are 7-9pm but you guys should probably change that if you're not open. I’ve had to go to Roasters to this week to get smoothies.

I love that our little town has an option like this with healthier alternatives. 75% of the time the shakes are great and on point. The other 25% of the time an ingredient is left in that was requested to be taken out, or an optional extra priced add-in is paid for but left out. The chicken on their food items doesn’t ever seem done enough for me so I bring it home and throw it in the air fryer and it’s ten times better. The staff is usually friendly and helpful and the place is generally clean with a modern atmosphere. You can save by getting a shake and food item together and I like they offer this feature.

Ordered a Peanut Paradise, only to find that there were little chunks of plastic in the bottom of my smoothie. I realized this after I swallowed one and it got stuck in my throat. This is not the first time a piece of plastic has ended up in the blender and served to a customer there. There is still a piece of plastic stuck in the back of my throat an hour later. Do not go here.

I order the greek green yogurt bowl or whatever it's called they sold it to me and then say they don't have yogurt everything else I tried to replace it with they was out of too okay I get my money back. I also order the Thia chicken salad with a banana they didn't give me the peanut sauce for the salad nor the banana ? bad business forsure SMH I had to go so where else and they didn't even give all my money back

One of my favorite places to stop at I normally do not complain. When I do it for a good reason I came today and the girl making the smoothie was really rude I was extremely upset wanted to speak to a manger a lady came up to said she was a manger something like that and offered to fix the issue I got a cookie and I appreciate how concerned she was I didn't get her name

Great smoothie shop they was giving away free smoothies with different flavors I have always loved their shakes and their food is light and never makes you sick like a McDonald's or a grease burger place and you're going to drop some weight and feel great

Never gets my order right. I love tropical smoothie food but I have yet to have a trip where my order was correct the first time. Today I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and received no chicken. I also asked for a banana and received an apple which had a large brown spot. Yet, my order on the receipt is correct. Very disappointing to say the least when your order is consistently missing what you pay for

Ordered online on Friday, February 2nd. No one was at the establishment when I went to pick up my order. Doors were still locked after 9:20 am. No sign on door to indicate they were going to be closed. Called the business for three hours and no one answered phone. Finally had to cancel my order. However, the $16 STILL came out of my account. They still aren’t answering their phone today.

Took my grandson there last night. Ordered two food items and two smoothies. Food and smoothies were great. Problem I had was they did not charge the price on the menu. Supposed manager said menu price was wrong and he would not honor that price. Menu also states 4.99 smoothie with any food order. He said that was for only one. We ordered 2 food items. He should have suggested a child smoothie for my 6 yr old... Gouging people. As you can see on receipt Chicken Chorizzo charged 8.99 on menu inside said 6.99.
