I tried the grocery pickup today for the first time and I have to say was so simple and the girl who did my order was super nice and I was parked, loaded up and pulling out in less than 10 minutes when it would have taken me over an hour and a half to do it all! Saved me so much time when I had errands today! Will definitely be doing it more! Thanks Wal-Mart!!!!

I rarely get good service from this Walmart but there are a few shining stars. Suzan a csm is one of them. I think someone needs to come into this store weed out the bad ones and promote the good ones like suzan so that the associates with great customer service don't get clouded with bad scores like this one . I give Suzan 5 stars. The store as a whole on the other hand needs work. I'll be going to Aldi's or purretts from now on. They are cheaper and have better quality. Thank you again to Susan csm.
I'm so sad to see that the Ada store has added even more self checkouts. Taking more jobs away rom the community. I love seeing a friendly face instead of dealing with a computer. For years I have avoided the self checkouts for so many reasons, they are slower, have a time delay, sometimes run out of receipt paper & make it unable to get a receipt, hard to work with, & confusing at times. You're always waiting on a representative who is over worked & constantly running around
