Driving through from Houston and found this little place. Husband got the #3 breakfast that was delicious and I got the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. Let me just say this was the BEST Chicken sandwich I've ever had! It was so fresh and delicious, as we're the onion rings! Highly recommend! The service was also just purely wonderful, kindest people I've met in awhile.

Sometimes I hate to say I might be a restaurant critic.
I was previously a waitress for 10 years, so I always notice small things about a restaurant lol. I liked to make money so I was good at my job and I liked to go to restaurants to learn new tricks as a waiter. All I have to say - a restaurant like this one is one in a million..
First, typically in cafes you might see tattered chairs and scratched tables or stained floors. This restaurant has nice, well-taken- care-of chairs, booths, and tables. The floors are nice and they are also cleanly and free of food DURING a lunch rush! Even better- upon entering the hostess greeted with a smile and laughter!!! ❤️ The server took our drink order as soon as we sat down & had the drinks out within seconds. I was just in the mood for chicken tenders, and I’m telling you the little things about service matter- such as obviously knowing people always have a dipping condiment with chicken tenders- the server asked what sauce I needed at the point of taking the order. The food was hot and came out in a timely manner. As a food worker, you know what white gravy looks like when it has been sitting in the window neglected for too long (it turns yellow). Everything on my plate was fresh from the kitchen and couldn’t have spent a minute under a warmer before being expedited. Mac n cheese is always a hit and miss and can be mushy (usually due to window sitting) and the consistency was perfect here, Mac n cheese is hard to nail in a full service restaurant. The waitress also knew that the glass always remains full. I watched the staff clean tables AS SOON as the guests got up to leave- WOW! The waitress was so good with her timing as well. There is a fine line between checking on guests TOO much & not enough. The waitress nailed it. The menu is so awesome too. I went in expecting American cafe style- but they added their own cultural mix of Mexican style food which is so unique. The bathrooms were clean and smelt good. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF OUR PLATES WERE PRE-BUSSED (collected) as soon as we threw in our napkin and finished. We were able to have a conversation and rest before our drive home on a clutter free table. 10/10 service, 10/10 food, 10/10 atmosphere 10/10 cleanliness 10/10 teamwork of staff. The owners/management should be proud! Takes a lot of hard work and proper training to run a dam good restaurant. Prices??? Amazing.
Our waitress had cute dimples & light brown curly hair! Taller in figure! Contagious smile. I wish I got her name to compliment her publicly. Servers don’t typically make much per hour- her pay should be full wage plus tips. Her service will keep people coming back again & again.

Great options, American, Mexican. I had the handbreaded chicken fried steak. My lady had the street tacos. Both possibly the best around. Homeade beans, AMAZING roasted Jalapeños. The staff was phenomenal! The place is VERY clean. We live in Pryor but I can see this becoming our regular place to eat.

I was pleasantly surprised about this little restaurant! I got asada/carnitas street tacos paired with the fresh fire roasted jalapeno it was really great! Chips & Salsa for an app were also good. SO got the chicken fried steak and enjoyed it. The BEST thing about this place was the service. Our server's name was Missy (I think) and she was so attentive and friendly. We will definitely make the drive over to Adair again to eat here! Definitely recommend!
Best Mexican food in NE Oklahoma for the price. Added bonus of having a good American breakfast if you feel like it. Their burgers are a little lacking and the air conditioning sometimes struggles, but overall great food.

I was so incredibly pleased with the customer service, meal choices and every single thing we ate. They were very busy when we arrived, we’re just passing through headed back to Texas, and they still got us sat quickly and our waitresses was amazing and attentive. You could tell it was a very family feel between the staff and the town. It’s truly a hidden gem. I literally teared up when I tasted the rice and beans because they tasted exactly like my Lita’s, she passed away a few years ago and I never thought I’d get to taste her food again . Great job to everyone at this restaurant. I wish we had one in Texas. Until next time, and please don’t change a thing. Your establishment is amazing just the way it is.
