I hate leaving bad reviews, I honestly can't remember another time I have. But I've tried multiple times to go into this store, and I've walked out every time without being helped. It's a joke, I litterally drive an extra 15 miles to Langley to avoid this subway. Store is packed today, I walk up and stand there a minute and a guy walks up behind me in line, no one else is in line. The girl behind the counter is making 3 sandwhiches but won't look at or acknowledge me or the other guy. She starts asking random woodshed girl who are walking around where the other girl is because she's off the clock and she's just making sandwhiches for her kids she wasn't helping anyone...which is fine, but tell me that. Don't ignore me while you're making 3 sandwhiches off the clock for your kids. The other girl tells her she doesn't know she thinks she's outside. And that's it. They just continue to ignore the people in line. Everytime I make the mistake of stopping there something siniliar happens. Litterally the worst subway around imo.

Ordered two sandwiches and churro.
Neither sandwiche was made according to order. Also, the sandwiches barely had any meat or cheese on them.
One was made on flatbread instead of artisan bread and had crunchies on it though was not supposed to.(was supposed to be on other sandwich which had none).
Churro was hard and stale.
Ridiculous to pay over $25 for 2 horrible subs that were all stale bread and inedible.

I have a bit of a bias because I really love their sandwiches. The Subway near me in Adair is the one I tend to go to most often. Only criticism of them is they could keep their workspace cleaner.

Stopped by on our way back to TX. Ladies were very friendly. Place was clean. Sandwiches were amazing with plenty of fresh veggies and condiments. Definitely worth going to again on our way through.

The sandwiches are barely edible, but Garrett the sandwich artist works his magic and now I'll give it 5 stars.
