Horrendous food. Served cold, ok fries and fish tacos, paltry chicken sandwich, and less than average fish and chips. Don’t get me started on my wife’s salad, straight out of 7-Eleven gas station, served in the same plastic clam shell too! Very disappointed for what I was expecting as a Shangri-La resort restaurant. Do better!

Fish and chips should have been awesome in this environment. What we got was freezer fish sticks 🙁. Not thoroughly cooked. Not going back.

I was so disappointed in the fish and chips. The fish was mushy and not cooked fully. The cold slaw was even worse. We had 8 in our party. And everyone was disappointed in their meal. We will never go back.

The burgers were cold. They no longer have the Tater Tots nor the Southwest Burger. A very abbreviated menu. We spent $73 for 2 burgers and 3 simple adult beverages. We had a nice server - he was the best part! With tip it was $90! For 2 burgers and a few cocktails!!! We most likely will not be back.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten issues. Ordered a burger with no bun and no fries, just extra setup (lettuce/tomato/pickle).

Labor day Sunday spetember 1st 2024. With a large group of adults and kids and one child has a severe dairy allergy. As I'm sitting next to the boy I ask the waiter to make sure there is no cheese on the chefs salad. He returns with a pre-made salad with cheese on it. I tell him (again) the boy has a severe dairy allergy and can he get the burger. He confirms that the bun is dairy free. The boys mom says, are you sure, I'll gladly go back to the kitchen and check. Waiter says I'll confirm. Brings out the burger and again is asked "this bun is diary free" he says yes. Well 30 mins later returning on the boat he starts to get hives and has trouble breathing. We speed home another 15 minutes and he is in bad shape. Epi pen to the thigh, he vomits, gasping for breath, struggling to breathe, terrifying for everyone. After he starts to recover and things calm down another member of our party calls the restaurant to tell them what happened. The director of the resort calls back to get more information and offers no compensation or really any remorse, although she does confirm the 2nd ingredient was dairy. Says send us a bill for the epi pen and we will pay for it. Unbelievable response. I'm not sure what would have happened if we were 5 minutes further away. The fact that we asked no less than four times to confirm and the staff couldn't be bothered to read the 2nd ingredient was something that could cause this much damage to a young kid. And then nothing to try to make things right. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Gross negligence and gross behavior.

Dietary restrictions: Do not trust them if you have allergys

When we first arrived on Sunday nobody said a word to us so we asked the guy with the long curly hair behind the bar “Do we need to wait or seat ourselves” and he rudely commented to his coworker that maybe we need to put a sign up. Maybe you do! Not a cool way to treat people who aren’t your regular people. Do better!!

$10–20
If I could give a negative score I would! We arrived and parked our boat at 1:35 pm We did not get our food until 3:40 pm. When we got our $15 dollar burgers they were burnt. People who had ordered after us were getting their food first. There were like a total of 4 tables with people. When we went to go check on our food they we saw servers on their phones! If we would’ve had food on the boat we would’ve just left, but unfortunately we didn’t have a back up plan and had to eat the horrible food we had been waiting 2 hours for! If you are wanting a day on the lake I would go anywhere else but here!! I don’t normally leave reviews, but This was horrible!!!! I don’t want other people’s lake days to end up like ours!

This Place is So Great! Every time we stay at Shangri-La, we’re not even interested in eating or drinking at the resort. We walk right down to Eddy’s. The staff is Always So friendly & accommodating & they make 1 heck of a Club Special. It’s right in the water & crazy convenient.
Go! Every time you’re at the lake.

The only good thing about this place was the drinks. Food is dry, service was slow, and prices were rediculous. Do NOT recommend!

Need to step up their game. Positives: Wait staff is good and abundant finally and fun DJ outside. Menu is limited. Hamburgers are slider size, $12.00 and cold. The salad was like something from a convenience store and used packaged dressing.
No ice tea and flat pop. Drinks are ok but expensive. If your going charge it make it great, and then it fits.
