The public can go on Sundays only. If you are staying at Shangri-la,i believe you can go anytime. Great food.

Chef Jesse knows exactly what he’s doing in the kitchen—especially when it comes to seafood! Every dish was cooked to perfection, packed with flavor, and beautifully presented. You can taste the passion and expertise in every bite. If you’re a seafood lover, this place is a must-visit. Hats off to Chef Jesse for an unforgettable meal!

Rarely do I ask to send a steak back, but I did here. The medium rare steak was medium well. I asked the server to send it back. The chef refused and brought it back out to me. They gave me a 20% discount on my steak and a free dessert, but this still didn't make up for the overcooked steak. Disappointed in the lack of service and the refusal to either take away the steak or recook it.

this place is nice.... if you have MONEY! i ordered the roasted chicken... the menu price is 38 bucks well if you get the pasta that comes with it. however the sides are ALA CARTE at 10 bucks each. some of the appetizers are ok. but nothing to really get excited about... I GOT the chicken and it was nothing but small piece of chicken. however the salmon was really good A plus there! this place is kinda fancy, being on Monkey Island. The people who live there Have Money so i guess 20 or 40 bucks isnt nothing to them... i ordered the Brussels Sprouts they were ok...but not exactly the way i liked them!

We had a really nice meal. We were staying at the resort and spent our final evening here. Drinks were done well. Our server was pleasant. The food was great. My husband and our friends all ordered steaks, they all were very happy with them. I ordered the cauliflower steak and it was very flavorful and I appreciated the vegetarian option. The deserts were the only disappointing part of the meal. We ordered the brownie with mousse. It came straight from the fridge and was hard and difficult to eat. It would have been much better if it was warm.

The food was overpriced, they didn't have everything listed on the menu but inky after you order it did they tell us we couldn't have that, my food arrived cold when it should have been hot and my food did not arrive as the menu described. I mean, if you are going to substitute wheat toast for white bread, at least toast it also. I thought it was common courtesy to let someone know when you didn't have something that was part of the order. Maybe that is just what I would do. All I know is I would not ever eat there again. What a waste of my money and time.!

Food was boring and bland. The service was average at best. The steak was dry and flavorless. The chicken was rubbery and tasted like it was sprayed with chemicals. The restaurant is very nice and comfortable. Beautiful views and very clean. They just need to get a new chef. 7/23 business trip.
