Just wanted to say thank you for your awesome service and food! I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Curly Fries and both were fresh and delicious. And, the staff was very nice! Will look forward to eating here next time ❤️

Chicken tenders, gross. I think my chicken walked across the Sahara and when it got to Arby’s fell into a bed of silica gel then thrown into the fryer to over cook. By the time I gave up eating my jaw hurt from chewing and I was dehydrated. It’s nice getting fresh cooked food but I think it’s time to call Wendy’s and ask them how they do theirs 🤷♂️.

My sandwiches were old forsure, we ordered 2 turkey bacon ranch sandwiches the bacon was definitely day old or so we couldn't eat them, waste of money sadly I used to like this place

Very nice and polite woman helped me at the drive thru. Food was hot and fresh. Cheese was everywhere when I opened my wrapper so that was a slight bummer. Hard to eat that driving down the road.

I tried there pulled pork sandwich it very good. So on the way home from Newalla I got hungry for that same sandwich so I went back ask for the pulled pork sandwich again. They gave me brisket instead. Very upset. Alot of these fast food places end up messing up the order. It's happened before and it keeps happening. Not sure what to do.

I don't know how y'all are so bad at your jobs, hasn't been a single time I've went to this location and got my order right, 3 times i was missing a sandwich out of my 2 for 5 order this is the second time I've got old chicken on my cbs but it is the first time they put ingredients on my sandwich that aren't even suppose to be on it. Get off the drugs and learn how to do you're jobs it's not rocket science working fast food
