the food is good but the customer service is awful. When you go up to the counter they just sit there and look at you. i had a pick up order and i asked if everything was in there (not everything was missing 2 sides and desert) and he just said “thats all of it”. the first time we went there and dined it we gave them a pass cause maybe they had a long day but seems to be a recurring issue

Pleasantly surprised with Billy Sims BBQ. I didn't want a big meal, so asked which is better, the pulled pork sandwich or BBQ potato. Ended up going with the potato. I was impressed with how much butter and cheese came in the potato, and it was cooked just right. Then, the BBQ pork was on the side so I could add it how I wanted, which is nice. The pork itself was cooked great, juicy and tender. I really like this place and will come back and try other items.

Ordered from there for the first time yesterday. A man who I believe was the manger, spoke to me as soon as I walked in. He was professional but welcoming at the same time. They atmosphere was great as well. Ill definitely be back soon.
