Just ordered food from the location in Franklin Wisconsin. The food was exceptional as usual. the chili is on a whole level on its own. OMG. I could just eat that. Keep up the great work.

We arrived at the Chickasha, OK restaurant a little after 5:00 pm today. No one was at the front counter to wait on us, had to speak loudly to get someone’s attention so we could order. Both the pulled pork and brisket were barely warm. My husband went to inquire if the oven/warmer was working. He could see that it was set to 135, but the employee said the door seal needed to be replaced! She offered to remake our food, like that would help. We have no idea how long the meat had been at an unsafe temperature and are hoping we don’t get sick from eating it (didn’t finish it). We won’t be going back. That is a serious health violation.

Great food. Great staff. Great new location. I had lunch at Billy Sims BBQ in Joplin , MO and enjoyed wonderful brisket and was very impressed with the staff. Jennifer, Dontavious, and Brandon provided great service and a very clean environment. I will be back often.

I love this place, most of the time ribs are on point, every now and then you get a random set that aint as good but love the real cartoons they play and old-school music in the background. Never packed and easy in and out.

If you ever in Altus, OK make this place a stop! I had the spud with pulled pork. That pork was so unbelievably tender! Melt in your mouth. The potato was just as good! Loaded with toppings. Service was great, place was clean. I will be back.

Food was cold and when I asked them to warm it up the employee put his hands on his head like it was a problem. I would have been happy with them just reheating it but the other employee said I'm sure he'll remake your order.

the food is good but the customer service is awful. When you go up to the counter they just sit there and look at you. i had a pick up order and i asked if everything was in there (not everything was missing 2 sides and desert) and he just said “thats all of it”. the first time we went there and dined it we gave them a pass cause maybe they had a long day but seems to be a recurring issue

Pleasantly surprised with Billy Sims BBQ. I didn't want a big meal, so asked which is better, the pulled pork sandwich or BBQ potato. Ended up going with the potato. I was impressed with how much butter and cheese came in the potato, and it was cooked just right. Then, the BBQ pork was on the side so I could add it how I wanted, which is nice. The pork itself was cooked great, juicy and tender. I really like this place and will come back and try other items.
