need to work harder on mobile orders. Acknowledge when a customer walks in to pick up their order with multiple orders sitting on the counter. I imagine a lot of people don't get the correct order because they picked up someone's order by mistake.
Ordered for takeout. Everything was pretty good and hot. We had a large order since we were in town visiting family. The only item forgotten was our granddaughters fruit cup. The only thing I think they could do better on is the waffle fries. The containers are never really full.
Overall I'm giving a 5. Food is good and service is very friendly. The only little gripe I have is with their salads. I've ordered salad several times and always with grilled chicken nuggets and I've only gotten the grilled nuggets once. For whatever reason they can't get that right. But it is still good so oh well.
