This is the worst place ever !! Never Again. They give you chicken that’s seem like it had been sitting there for a while all dry and burnt you can only see that it is NOT FRESHLY COOKED AT ALL ! It was supposed to be original then they want to trade and hand out crispy instead like they paid for your order… Goodness horrible food and worker ! Or Just lazy to Cook

The food is horrible. Chicken is constantly over cooked, burnt and extremely over seasoned. Used to be good but turned into one of the worst places to eat in Altus. Do not door dash or grub hub from there either , it gets worse. The service is bad, not very polite folks nor are they happy to be there and it shows. looks clean so I guess that’s something. I do not like leaving bad reviews but I have tried it multiple times assuming they were just having an off day or two but that is not the case. It’s bad every single time.

3 for 3 and hasn't disappointed. I have come into this location while travelling for work and the ladies are always friendly and fast. The men's room has been clean every time. By far better than Lawton or Moore OK locations when it comes to the food.

Go inside to speak to supervisor for the way they handle their drive tru and literally had the whole crew call me names and threatened me. Then when I told the supervisor what I wanted to tell her pretty much got called stupid. Altus is gonna loose another KFC and it's sad.

I ordered online and when i was waiting for someone to serve me the two people were just gossiping. I had to say something three times before the even acknowledged me. I asked for kfc sayce. Then they said they are out of kfc sauce. Everytime i have been here they have been out. I manage a store and count my product weekly to see how much i need to order based off sales from the week before. So you should be able to do that to make sure you have your best selling sauce. Then one of the girls was rude and did not even acknowledge me she had to tell the other worker she was out of sauce but did not tell me and made me sit there and wait.
