Should have read the reviews before ordering. The chicken is pretty awful. Seems old like it's been sitting in a warmer all day. There are much better options for chicken in town. This was our first and last time trying this KFC. We ordered via door dash and requested plates... No plates. The food did arrive warm & we'll put together.

Ever since they got rid of the lazy cook and brought in a new experienced cook that constantly cleaning and filtering the grease, the chicken comes out looking golden everytime. They finally did something right by hiring him, he greeted me once I set foot in the building, and thanked me on my way out, excellent service I would gladly eat here again

My daughter went to kFC in Altus Oklahoma just now the corn was bad like it literally went bad the chicken was so old and dry like it had been sitting in the warmer all day and they threw it back in the frier to make it look good but all it did was dry it up and also they only had wings and no breast’s or thighs just wings I live in Blair and by the time my food got home with the chicken it was to late to take it back I called to complain no one picked up everyone that works there is always smoking weed there and it smells like straight up weed always high maybe that has a lot to do with why the chicken isn’t good and stuff goes bad

Ordered the 6 pc tasters bucket and it was only w/4 pieces in it 2 drums 2 thighs. ( and they were not cooked well still blood & pink inside) Where's my breast & wing. Cole slaw was sour ( totally not joking ) the 4 biscuits were great and the mashed w/ gravy was good the mac& cheese dried out and the corn had no ones flavor. Just wasted 25$ they wouldn't even answer the phone.

The food is horrible. Chicken is constantly over cooked, burnt and extremely over seasoned. Used to be good but turned into one of the worst places to eat in Altus. Do not door dash or grub hub from there either , it gets worse. The service is bad, not very polite folks nor are they happy to be there and it shows. looks clean so I guess that’s something. I do not like leaving bad reviews but I have tried it multiple times assuming they were just having an off day or two but that is not the case. It’s bad every single time.

3 for 3 and hasn't disappointed. I have come into this location while travelling for work and the ladies are always friendly and fast. The men's room has been clean every time. By far better than Lawton or Moore OK locations when it comes to the food.
